宣肺涤痰方内服外敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证75例临床观察被引量：8

Clinical observation on 75 cases of infantile pneumonia with dyspneic cough (accumulation of phlegm heat syndrome) treated with internal and external application of Xuanfei Ditan Fang as an adjuvant therapy

摘要目的观察宣肺涤痰方内服外敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将150例肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各75例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加宣肺涤痰方内服外敷治疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组退热、咳嗽消失、胸部X线片吸收和肺部湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组住院时间为(5.23±1.26)d,明显短于对照组的(7.56±1.53)d,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为84.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗过程中均未见明显的不良反应发生。结论宣肺涤痰方内服外敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of infantile pneumonia with dyspneic cough(accumulation of phlegm heat syndrome)treated with internal and external application of Xuanfei Ditan Fang as an adjuvant therapy.Methods 150 cases of children with pneumonia with dyspneic cough(accumulation of phlegm heat syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the therapy group was given internal and external application of Xuanfei Ditan Fang as an adjuvant therapy.Two groups were treated 7 days as 1 course,and clinical effect was observed after 2 courses.Results The disappearing time of fever,cough and rale as well as the improvement time of chest X-ray in therapy group were shorter than these of control group,there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.01);the hospital stays were(5.23±1.26)days in therapy group and(7.56±1.53)days in control group with significant differences(P<0.01);the total effective rate in the control group and the therapy group was 84.0%and 96.0%respectively with significant differences(P<0.05);there was no obvious abnormality in each index of two groups during treatment.Conclusion Internal and external application of Xuanfei Ditan Fang,as an adjuvant therapy,can treat infantile pneumonia with dyspneic cough(accumulation of phlegm heat syndrome)effectively and safely,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
