摘要
胃癌是一种具有强烈侵袭性和高度异质性的肿瘤,常涉及多条信号通路的活化。磷脂酰肌3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路作为经典的癌症信号转导通路之一,因能诱导多种细胞因子表达,近年来正成为胃癌的研究热点。与此同时,中医药是历史悠久的经验医学,具有独特的整体协调能力干预胃癌的发生发展。因此,以PI3K/Akt信号通路为基点,系统分析近年来学者们运用中医药治疗胃癌的研究,涉及胃癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移、生长周期、自噬和耐药性等多个生物学途径,有利于明确中医药通过PI3K/Akt信号通路干预胃癌的过程,为胃癌的治疗提供新的方向。
Gastric cancer is a highly aggressive and highly heterogeneous tumor,often involving the activation of multiple signaling pathways.Phosphatidyl muscle 3-kinase(PI3 K)/protein kinase B(Akt)signaling pathway,as one of the classical cancer signal transduction pathways,has become a research hotspot in gastric cancer in recent years because it can induce the expressions of a variety of cytokines.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of empirical medicine,with a unique overall coordination ability to interfere with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Therefore,based on the PI3 K/Akt signaling pathway,this article systematically analyzes the research on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer by scholars in recent years,involving multiple organisms such as gastric cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis,growth cycle,autophagy and drug resistance.The scientific approach is conducive to clarifying the process of traditional Chinese medicine intervening in gastric cancer through the PI3 K/Akt signaling pathway,and provides a new direction for the treatment of gastric cancer.
