摘要
免疫系统是机体抵御外界有害物质侵害的屏障,可分为天然免疫系统和获得性免疫系统。免疫系统失衡一方面可激活免疫细胞,释放炎症因子,另一方面可引起肠道菌群失调,影响营养物质的吸收,诱导炎症介质及代谢产物释放,两者协同诱发免疫炎症反应,促使血管痉挛,血压升高。脾主运化,若脾失健运,一则不能运化水湿,导致痰湿停聚,血脉气道不利;二则不能运化精微,导致机体失养,阴阳失衡。二者具有很多相似之处,因此,基于正常高值血压探讨免疫失衡与脾失健运的关系有助于为正常高值血压的防治开辟新的思路。
The immune system is the body’s barrier against harmful substances,which can be divided into natural immune system and acquired immune system.On the one hand,the imbalance of immune system can activate immune cells and release inflammatory factors.On the other hand,it can cause intestinal flora imbalance,affect the absorption of nutrients and induce the release of inflammatory mediators and metabolites.Both of them can induce immune inflammatory response,promote vasospasm and increase blood pressure.If the spleen is dysfunction,it will not be able to transport water and dampness,leading to stagnation of phlegm and dampness,and the blood vessels and Qi pathway will be obstructed.Therefore,it is helpful to explore the relationship between immune imbalance and spleen dysfunction based on high normal blood pressure.
