摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中1,1,1-三氯乙烷的气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附、二硫化碳解吸、经DB-624毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。结果1,1,1-三氯乙烷在本实验条件下分离良好,在曲线浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.9995,检出限0.4μg/mL,相对标准偏差0.94%~4.89%,平均解吸效率为97.4%,穿透容量13.0 mg。结论本方法精密度和准确度高,适用于工作场所空气中1,1,1-三氯乙烷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 1,1,1-trichloroethane in air of workplaces by gas chromatography.Methods The study was performed with adsorption by activated carbon tube,desorption by carbon disulfide,separation by DB-624 capillary column,detection by flame ionization detector,and quantification by external standard method.Results 1,1,1-trichloroethane was well separated under the experimental conditions,it had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of the curve,and its correlation coefficient was>0.9995.The detection limit was 0.4μg/mL with the relative standard deviation of 0.94%-4.89%.The average desorption efficiency was 97.4%,and infiltration capacity was 13.0 mg.Conclusion This method has high precision and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of 1,1,1-trichloroethane in the air of workplace.
