摘要
文章使用数据包络模型评价广东省高职院校的经费投入产出效率。结果显示:综合效率有效的学校约占10%,另有约10%的学校处于效率最低等级。从地域上看,位于粤港澳大湾区的院校投入产出效率水平明显高于粤东西北地区院校,但其效率的波动率较大,显示一定程度的两极分化。从类别上看,综合类与理工类院校的效率高于行业背景院校,显示高职院校若在发展上片面求大求全并不会提高投入产出效率。文章对提高高职院校的经费运营水平提出了相应建议。
This article uses the data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the efficiency of funding input-output of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.The results show that about 10%of colleges are effective in comprehensive efficiency,and about 10%of colleges are on the lowest level of efficiency.Geographically,the input-output efficiency level of colleges in the Greater Bay Area is significantly higher than that of colleges in the east,west and north regions of Guangdong,but their efficiency fluctuates greatly,showing a certain degree of polarization.From the perspective of category,the efficiency of comprehensive and science and engineering colleges is higher than that of industrial background colleges,which shows that higher vocational colleges seeking comprehensive development will not improve the efficiency of input-output.The article puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the level of fund operation of higher vocational colleges.
