摘要
职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,培养中国—东盟高技能应用型金融人才顺应高等职业教育国际化融合发展趋势,是建设中国—东盟教育共同体的重要举措。通过系统分析当前构建中国—东盟高技能应用型金融人才合作培养机制体系面临的困难与挑战,发现构建中国—东盟高技能应用型金融人才合作培养机制体系需要从目标定位机制、动力机制、激励机制、运行机制、保障机制及评价与优化机制等方面统筹规划,形成长效机制,从而不断提升高等职业教育金融人才培养质量,更好地满足中国—东盟金融行业人才的社会需求。
Vocational education is an important part of the national education systems and the development of human resources.Therefore,the cultivation of highly skilled applied financial talents between China and ASEAN conforms to the trend of internationalization and integration development of higher vocational education and is an important measure to build China-ASEAN education community.Through the systematic analysis of difficulties and challenges of structuring the cooperative training mechanism system of China-ASEAN high-skilled applied financial talents,it has been found that the establishment of the cooperative training mechanism system of China-ASEAN high-skilled applied financial talents needs an overall planning from the following aspects:target positioning mechanism,dynamic mechanism,incentive mechanism,running mechanism,security mechanism and evaluation and optimization mechanism and so on.The overall plan will lead to the result of a long-term mechanism,and continuously improve the quality of financial talents cultivation in higher vocational education consequently,therefore to better satisfy the social needs of China-ASEAN financial talents.
