中国与老挝职业教育交流合作的实践样态与优化路径——以贵州省为例

Practice Pattern and Optimized Path of Vocational Education Exchanges and Cooperation between China and Laos——A Case Study of Guizhou Province

摘要 中国贵州与老挝的职业教育具有很强的互补性。中国贵州高度重视与老挝开展职业教育交流合作,借助中国—东盟教育交流周平台,积极推进院校互动,开展校企合作,中国贵州与老挝职教合作成效显著。同时,也面临着受新冠肺炎疫情影响导致人员交流阻断、合作机制欠缺、校企协同联系不紧密、产业链创新不足、项目落实不到位、职教合作专业开设不均衡等问题的冲击和挑战。当前,应积极克服新冠肺炎疫情困扰,把握“一带一路”和RCEP叠加的政策机遇,加强合作统筹,深化合作内涵,树立中老职教合作品牌与特色;推进校企深度合作,助力贵州企业参与产业链发展,提升区域职教合作能力,打造中老职教合作典范,为“中老命运共同体”贡献力量。 The vocational education of China’s Guizhou and Laos are highly complementary.Guizhou,China,attaches great importance to vocational education exchanges and cooperation with Laos.With the help of the platform of China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week,it has actively promoted the interaction between colleges and universities and develops cooperation between schools and enterprises,which achieved remarkable results in vocational education cooperation between Guizhou and Laos.Meanwhile,it is also confronted with shocks and challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic,such as personnel exchange block,lack of cooperation mechanism,poor school-enterprise coordination,lack of innovation in the industrial chain,inadequate project implementation,uneven opening of vocational education cooperation majors and so forth.At present,we should actively overcome the difficulties of COVID-19,seize the policy opportunities of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),strengthen the overall planning of cooperation,deepen the connotation of cooperation,and establish the brand and characteristics of vocational education cooperation between China and Laos;promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,assist enterprises in Guizhou to engage in the development of the industrial chain,improve capacities for regional cooperation in vocational education,and build a model of China-Laos vocational education cooperation,so as to make contributions to the China-Laos Community of Shared Future.
