产教融合背景下社会体育专业人才培养的成效、路径与经验——以湖南城市学院为例被引量：5

The Effect, Path and Experience of Social Physical Education Major Talents Training under the Background of Industry-education Integration——Taking Hunan City University as an Example

摘要运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,以湖南省“双一流”体育应用特色学科、一流本科专业建设点——湖南城市学院社会体育指导与管理专业为例,梳理了湖南城市学院社会体育指导与管理专业质量平台、人才培养质量和产教融合人才培养的成效。研究表明,良好的产教融合工作机制、产教复合式融合与引领式融合是提升应用型社会体育人才培养的有效路径。总结了湖南城市学院社会体育专业产教融合融入培养目标、贯穿人才“培养—评价—认证”全过程、融入人才能力培养体系、注重交叉融合、拓展创新创业教育等方面的经验,为产教融合背景下地方本科院校社会体育专业人才的培养提供借鉴。 Using literature,expert interviews and other research methods,taking the example of the social physical education guidance and management major of Human City University as a Hunan provincial“double-first-class”sports application-featured discipline and first-class undergraduate major point,the paper summarized the effect of the quality platform,the talent training quality and the industry-education integration talent training about social physical education guidance and management major in Hunan City University.The research shows that good working mechanism of industry-education integration,industry-education compound integration and leading industry-education integration are effective ways to improve the training of applied social physical education talents.The paper summarized the experience of the industry-education integration into the training objectives,running through the whole process of“cultivation-evaluation-certification”of talents,integrating into the talent ability training system,focusing on cross-integration and expanding innovation and entrepreneurship education about social physical education major in Hunan City University.It provides reference for the talent training of social physical education major in local undergraduate colleges under the background of industry-education integration.
