摘要
高校辅导员政策经历了从制度探索到职业化建设的演进过程,当前辅导员职业能力着重强调辅导员教育培养能力、组织管理能力以及知识获取能力。高职院校兼具高等教育和职业教育属性,促使高职院校辅导员在符合政策要求基础上也应具备职业教育属性。“双高计划”的提出不仅对高职院校提出高要求,也对双高院校辅导员提出更高水平职业能力要求。文章系统分析了双高院校辅导员职业能力评价实然状态,并对标辅导员队伍建设政策应然指向,提出了辅导员职业能力评价应具有“双高”特色;思想政治教育评价方式应融入增值评价方式;能力评价上应重点评价辅导员“通专跨”能力的三点建议。
The policy of college counselors has gone through the process of system exploration and professionalization construction.At present,the professional ability of college counselors emphasizes three aspects:the ability of education and cultivation,the ability of organization and management and the ability of knowledge acquisition.Higher vocational colleges have the attributes of both higher education and vocational education,so the counselors in higher vocational colleges should have the attributes of vocational education on the basis of meeting policy requirements.The proposal of“Double-high Plan”not only puts forward high requirements for higher vocational colleges,but also puts forward higher professional ability requirements for counselors in double-high colleges.This paper systematically analyzes the actual status of the evaluation of the professional ability of the conselors in double-high plan colleges,and points out that the evaluation of the professional ability of the conselors should have“double high”characteristics.The evaluation method of ideological and political education should be integrated into the value-added evaluation method,and the ability evaluation should focus on the evaluation of counselors’comprehensive and professional ability.
