摘要
高等职业教育为国家经济社会的快速发展提供了大量技术技能人才,但近年来高职教学质量与社会需求产生了较大的差距。以一线教学者的视角,从生源、教师和专业维度分析发现,影响高职院校教学质量的原因包括:学生学习能力弱、学习目标不明确,缺乏符合高职特点的师资队伍,专业课程理论与实践分割,与企业需求结合弱。针对这些问题,高职院校需采用促学、优学和严考等措施加以改进。
Higher vocational education has provided a large number of technical and skilled talents for the rapid development of the economy and society.However,in recent years,the quality of higher vocational education and social needs have produced a large gap.From the perspective of front-line teachers,it is found from the perspectives of students,teachers and majors that the reasons affecting the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges include:students’weak learning ability,unclear learning goals,lack of a faculty team that meets the characteristics of higher vocational education,division of theory and practice of courses,weak integration with corporate needs.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need to adopt measures such as promotion of learning,guarantee of high quality learning and strict assessments to improve.
