摘要
高质量的德育工作是高职院校人才培养的关键环节和重要内容。郑州信息科技职业学院实施书院制育人模式改革,以有效推动德育力量下沉学生一线、教育对象的自我融合与发展、德育工作系统不断优化。基于书院制育人模式改革开展德育工作目前还面临德育工作队伍建设不足和德育工作效果有待增强两大问题。未来学生德育工作高质量发展路径为:加强育人队伍建设;加强特色育人品牌打造;推动育人工作室建设。
High-quality moral education is a key link and important content in talent cultivation in vocational colleges.The academybased education model of Zhengzhou Vocational University of Information and Technology can effectively promote the integration of moral education forces into the frontline of students,the self-integration and development of educational objectives,and the continuous optimization of the moral education work system.The reform of the academy-based education faces two major challenges in carrying out moral education work:insufficient construction of the moral education team and the need to enhance the effectiveness of moral education work.The high-quality development paths for future student moral education work are to strengthen the construction of the education team,enhance the construction of distinctive educational brands,and promote the establishment of educational studios.
