摘要
《傅青主女科》血崩篇制方七首,分别为固本止崩汤、加减当归补血汤、固气汤、清海丸、平肝开郁止血汤、引精止血汤、逐瘀止血汤。文章就各方药组成及功能主治、临床运用作介绍,并从中解析傅氏治崩主要特色:治崩注重气血,方分轻重缓急;辨证以肝脾肾为主,病性分寒热虚实;立方精简,用药纯和;用药灵活,善用佐使。以期为现代临床所用。
There are 7 prescriptions for treating haemorrhage in FU Qingzhu Nvke(《傅青主女科》),including the Guben Zhibeng decoction(固本止崩汤),the Danggui Buxue decoction(加减当归补血汤),the Guqi decoction(固气汤),Qinghai Wan(清海丸),the Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue decoction(平肝开郁止血汤),the Yinjing Zhixue decoction(引精止血汤),the Zhuyu Zhixue decoction(逐瘀止血汤).In this paper,the composition,functions and clinical applications of the above prescriptions were mainly introduced,and then the main characteristics of treating haemorrhage in the book were analyzed,namely treating haemorrhage focused on Qi(气)and blood,and the recipe was prescribed according to the condition of the disease.The TCM syndrome differentiation was mainly from liver,spleen and kidney,and the properties of the disease were divided into cold,heat,deficiency and excess;the prescriptions were simplified,the medication is pure and mild;the selection of medicines was flexible,and the adjuvant is used wisely.It is expected to be used in modern clinical practice.
