摘要
目的:分析艾灸康复治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年12月阳春市人民医院收治的120例周围性面神经炎患者,按照分层随机法分为两组,每组60例。对照组采取单纯针刺治疗,观察组在针刺基础上加入艾灸治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后面神经功能分级状况以及中医症状积分变化,并比较两组患者治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2的差异。结果:观察组的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前面神经功能分级状况及中医症状积分的差异无统计学意义,但观察组治疗后面神经功能分级状况及中医症状积分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸在针刺治疗周围性面神经炎中的应用能够提高临床疗效,从而改善患者的面神经功能状况,且具有操作简单方便、经济实惠、无不良反应的优势,值得推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the stratified random method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated by moxibustion on the basis of acupuncture.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the two groups had no significant difference in the neurological function classification and TCM symptom scores before treatment,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the neurological function classification and TCM symptoms scores after treatment(P<0.05).The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-2 leuels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of moxibustion plus acupunture in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,thereby improving the patient’s facial nerve function,and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation,economy,safety and no adverse reaction.It is worthy of popularization.
