摘要
目的:探讨痰湿阻滞性多囊卵巢综合征患者应用平衡火罐联合热敏灸临床治疗效果,对体重指数的影响。方法:选取医院妇产科2019年2月-2020年2月治疗的100例痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。其中对照组患者接受来丽申宝药物治疗,试验组患者则接受平衡火罐联合热敏灸治疗,连续治疗3个月。经周期治疗之后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较,并探讨患者体质量指数的影响。结果:经过系统治疗后,两组患者都产生显著的效果,其中试验组治疗有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的体质量指数、腰臀比、腰身比都要优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸指标要明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:平衡火罐联合热敏灸治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢疾病具有显著效果,改进患者体质量指数明显,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of balanced cupping combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)and its effect on the weight index.Methods:100 cases of PCOS with phlegm dampness block in Weihai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared,and its effect on the patient’s weight index was explored.Results:After systematic treatment,the effect in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index,waist hip ratio and waist body ratio of the experimental group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Balanced cupping combined with heat sensitive moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and it has a direct effect on the improvement of patients’weigh index.which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
