摘要
目的:观察纤维支气管镜生理盐水灌注辅助治疗儿童迁延性支原体肺炎的效果。方法:68例迁延性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。两组患儿均接受支气管镜检查与常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用支气管镜灌洗生理盐水辅助治疗。两组均持续1个(两周)疗程。比较两组患儿的临床有效率、支气管镜下表现缓解率、症状(咳嗽、咳痰)缓解时间、住院时间及药品不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患儿的临床有效率高于对照组患儿,临床症状消失时间及镜下表现也优于对照组患儿(P<0.05),两组药品不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:支气管镜肺泡生理盐水灌洗可有效提高临床迁徙性支原体肺炎的治疗效果。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of saline perfusion through fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children with persistent pneumonia.Methods:A total of 68 children with prolonged pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.Both groups received bronchoscopy and conventional drug therapy,and the observation group was treated with saline through bronchoscopy additionally.Both groups lasted one(two weeks)course of treatment.The clinical effective rate,bronchoscopy performance remission rate,patient’s symptoms(cough,expectoration)relief,disappearance time of lung noise,length of hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the microscopic performance of the children in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bronchial alveolar saline lavage can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of clinical migratory mycoplasmal pneumonia.
