摘要
黄褐斑是一种临床常见的色素性疾病,尤其好发于30岁以上女性。随着研究逐渐深入,对黄褐斑的发病机制逐渐得到明确,在一定程度上提高了治疗效果。然而,目前仍然缺乏彻底清除黄褐斑皮疹的治疗方法。尤其当黄褐斑合并其他色素性皮肤病时,治疗更显捉襟见肘。如何在控制黄褐斑的同时,又能确切有效的改善其他色素性疾病,值得更深入研究和探讨。黄褐斑主要表现为脸部有不规则的色素沉着斑片。30~50岁亚裔女性尤其容易得黄褐斑。迄今为止,黄褐斑的发病机制尚未完全阐明,慢性紫外线(UV)暴露,女性荷尔蒙刺激、易感基因被认为对黄褐斑的形成具有重要影响。这些病因也使黄褐斑容易合并各种不同类型的色素性皮肤病。如何在控制黄褐斑的同时改善色素性皮肤病,值得临床深入探究。
Melasma is a common clinical pigmented disease,especially in women over 30 years old.With the development of research,the pathogenesis of chloasma is getting clearer,and the treatment efficacy has been substantially improved.However,so far,thorough elimination of chloasma still lacks powerful weapons.Especially when melasma combines with other pigmented skin diseases,the treatment is inadequate.It is worthy exploring effective therapeutic schemes to remove chloasma and relieve pigmented disorders.Melasma is an acquired pigmented disorder characterized by irregular pigmented of patches on the face.Asian women of thirties to fifties are particularly susceptible to it.The pathogenesis of melasma has not been fully elucidated so far,however chronic ultraviolet(UV)exposure,hormonal stimulation in women,susceptibility genes and genetic background are all indicated to play a role in the formation of melasma.These complex pathogenic factors also make melasma to be associated with various types of pigmented skin diseases.Therefore,the treatment of melasma with pigmented dermatosis is challenging.It requests further clinical study on controlling melasma together with relieving pigmented disorders.
