基于液体传导方法的CT心脏动态体模的定量研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用液体传导方法研制CT心脏动态体模,以定量分析心率对多层螺旋CT(MSCT)心脏成像质量的影响。方法设计可产生任意流动状态的心脏信号模拟装置,根据CT质量控制标准设计心脏体模;利用可见光模拟方法调试系统以确定精度。对受检设备进行CT实验,对实验获取的图像进行处理,并结合医师对图像质量的评分,分析心率对心脏器官成像质量的影响。结果只考虑心率因素时,图像质量与心率呈负相关(r=-0.77,P<0.05);当心率低于70次/分时,心脏运动对图像的质量影响较小。实验用设备检测结果与GE公司研制的标准量具动态心脏模体一致。结论自制心脏体模可定量分析心率对MSCT心脏成像的影响,可作为心脏成像质量评价的工具。 Objective CT cardiac dynamic phantom was made with liquid conduction method,so as to quantitatively analyze the impact of heart rate on the imaging quality of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)of heart.Methods The cardiac signal simulator was designed to conduct all kinds of liquids and the cardiac phantom was designed according to the CT quality control standards.The dynamic phantom was debugged by methods of visible light simulation.This investigation preprocessed images that was obtained by scanning the device under inspection,the image quality was scored by physicians,and the influence of heart rate on the quality of cardiac imaging was analyzed.Results There was a negative correlation between image quality and heart rate(r=-0.77,P<0.05)when only heart rate was considered.The best image quality was achieved when heart rate was less than 70 beats per minute.The test results of the tested equipment were consistent with the dynamic phantom developed by GE company.Conclusion The self-made phantom can be used to quantitatively analyze the impact of heart rate on MSCT cardiac imaging,which can be used as a tool to evaluate the quality of cardiac imaging.
