摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMS)是一种常见的妇科疾病,好发于育龄期女性,以痛经、慢性盆腔痛及不孕为主要特征。EMS与不孕症关系密切,是导致不孕发生的重要原因。患者可能发生卵巢功能、胚胎发育、盆腔环境及免疫方面的多种异常,其具体机制尚在探索之中。近年来的研究表明,微RNA(miRNA)参与细胞增殖、凋亡、分化与迁移等多种生命过程,在EMS相关不孕中扮演重要角色。本文就miRNA在EMS相关不孕中的新进研究进展作一综述。
Endometriosis(EMS)is a common gynecological disease,which mainly occurs in women of childbearing age and is characterized by dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain and infertility.EMS is closely related to infertility and is an important cause of infertility.Patients may have multiple abnormalities in ovarian function,embryo development,pelvic environment and immune system,and the specific mechanism is still being explored.Recent studies have shown that microRNAs(miRNAs)participate in cell proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation and migration,and play an important role in EMS-related infertility.This article reviews the recent research progress of miRNA in EMS-associated infertility.
