摘要
目的:分析药学服务干预对高血压患者用药依从性及疗效的影响。方法:抽取我院2017年1月—2018年7月收治的141例高血压患者为研究对象。依据患者用药管理方法的差异,分成对照组(65例)和观察组(76例)。两组分别实施常规用药管理、药学服务干预。结果:观察组用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月、6个月后生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务干预用于高血压患者,可提高患者的用药依从性,提高疗效。
Objective:To analyze the effect of pharmaceutical care intervention on drug use compliance and efficacy in patients with hypertension.Methods:141 patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects investigated.According to the differences in drug use management methods in patients,they were divided into a control group(65 cases)and an observation group(76 cases).The routine drug use management and pharmaceutical care intervention were carried out in the two groups.Results:The drug use compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores after 1 month and 6 months of intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical care intervention for patients with hypertension can improve the drug use compliance of the patients and improve the efficacy.
