桥间耦合混合动力的功率分配策略研究

摘要 前轴采用发动机和变速器驱动,后轴采用电机和减速器驱动的桥间耦合四驱混合动力SUV有良好的经济性和行驶性能,受到厂商的高度重视。针对前轴发动机与后轴电机各自相同的输出转矩在车轮处产生的驱动效果不确定问题,以及如何同时发挥发动机效率和变速器效率而达到综合效率最高的问题,以提高混合动力系统效率为目标,提出了一套基于功率分配的能量管理策略,将轮端需求转矩转化为动力源功率需求,并将发动机和变速器的传动效率综合考虑,给出了功率分配规则和变速器挡位切换规则的制定方法,为降低发动机启停频率提出了串联驱动发电模式。仿真结果表明,所提出的能量管理策略使整车经济性较同平台燃油车最大提高了35.9%,且有效避免了发动机频繁起动,并在NEDC(new European driving cycle)工况下能维持SOC(state of charge)平衡。 A hybrid SUV,driven by internal combustion engine(with a 6-speed transmission)at the front,and electric motor at the rear,demonstrates its excellent economy and driving performance.The separated powertrain arrangement causes problems in terms of inequivalent torque between front and rear axis,and difficult to reach optimum efficiency of engine and DCT(dual clutch transmission)at the same time.This paper proposes a manage strategy of power to improve the efficiency of hybrid system.It is able to convert the torque requirements to the output demands from engine or motor.Comprehensively considering the engine efficiency and DCT efficiency,this work proposes a strategy of composing power distribution rules and DCT gear shifting rules,and develops a series of energy harvesting mode to reduce the engine start-stop frequency.Numerical simulation suggests that the developed strategy makes fuel economy of the hybrid model increases up to 35.9%,and effectively reduces the engine start-stop frequency,thereby reaching a balance of the SOC(state of charge)and NEDC(new European driving cycle).
