摘要
在阻塞混合流水车间调度问题的基础上,考虑了加工次数对加工质量的影响,提出了同时最小化最大完成时间和总质量成本的多目标调度模型。针对上述模型,设计了基于邻域搜索的改进非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ,该算法根据问题特征设计了相应的遗传操作规则和邻域结构,解决了算法的早熟收敛问题。最后,通过数据实验验证了所提出算法的可行性和有效性。
To cope with the scheduling problem of the hybrid flow factory,this paper proposes a multi-objective scheduling model to minimize the makespan and quality cost simultaneously based on the considerations of the influence of processing times on processing quality.An improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with neighborhood search is designed for the developed model.According to the characteristics of the problem,the corresponding genetic operation rules and neighborhood structure have been designed to solve the premature problem of the algorithm.Finally,the numerical simulation results verified the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
