永磁同步直线电机槽极数增加对推力波动的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Increasing Number of Slots and Poles on Thrust Ripple of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor

摘要 针对永磁同步直线电机机械结构简单和容易扩展的特点,首先设计了3槽4极和3槽2极的基本直线电机拓扑结构;然后研究了电机槽极数增加对推力波动的影响,并分析了造成推力波动的影响因素;最后,进行了有限元仿真,其结果如下:当直线电机的槽极比不变时,增加槽极数,推力波动减小。但是,在无激励输入时,磁阻力反而会随着槽极数增加而增大;而在有激励输入时,电机中电流的高次谐波只与槽极比有关,不会随槽极数的变化而改变,只是改变了气隙磁通密度,多槽多极直线电机中的气隙磁通密度波动更小。因此,直线电机增加槽极数后,主要通过改变气隙磁通密度,来减小推力波动。 Thanking to the characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in terms of simple mechanical structure and convenient for extra plug-in modules,the basic linear motor topologies of 3-slot 4-pole and 3-slot 2-pole are developed.The influence of the increasing number of slot poles on the thrust fluctuation is studied,thus extracted the influencing factors.Finally,finite element simulation has been performed.The simulation results indicate that:1)when the slot pole ratio of linear motor is constant,the thrust fluctuation reduces with the increase of the number of slot poles.2)when there is no excitation input,the magnetic resistance increases with the increase of the number of slot poles.3)when there is a excitation input,the higher harmonic of the current in the motor is only related to the slot pole ratio,it does not vary with the number of slot poles.The change of the air gap flux density is the only result.Thus,it reduces the fluctuation of air gap flux density in multi slot multi pole linear motor.As a conclusion,the thrust fluctuation can be reduced by changing the air gap flux density,if increase the number of slot poles.
