某型雷达天线车挡块顶紧结构改进设计与优化研究

Enhanced Design and Optimization of the Jacking Structure of Radar Antenna Vehicles

摘要 针对一款新型结构天线车的结构进行力学分析及优化。先对其建立三维可视化模型,进行有限元力学仿真分析,分析其受力分布及应力强度,得出在举升状态时锁紧机构的底部受力过大。接着为解决此问题,提出了两种挡块顶紧方案,并进行强度校核。结果表明,两种方案均满足工作强度要求,可减轻锁紧机构的受力,延长机构工作寿命。 This study focuses on the mechanical analysis and optimization of a new modular design for a radar antenna vehicle.A three-dimensional visual model was created for finite element mechanical simulation analysis,evaluating the stress distribution and intensity.It was found that the bottom of the locking mechanism experiences excessive stress during lifting.To address such issue,two stopper jacking solutions were proposed and their strength are verified.The results indicate that both solutions comply with the working strength requirements,effectively reducing the stress on the locking mechanism and extending the lifespan of the mechanism.
