摘要
为解决玻璃纤维断纱的检测问题,提出了一种基于FPGA机器视觉的玻璃纤维断纱检测方法。图像由CMOS相机采集,然后利用FPGA进行图像滤波等预处理,灰度投影计算和图像分割等操作,用于检测纱线根数,将存储在FPGA内的阈值与检测结果比来判断纱线破损情况。经过仿真与实际检测,结果表明所设计的平台能够及时准确地判断当前工况是否存在断纱。
A method for detecting broken yarn in glass fiber using FPGA machine vision is proposed.The image is captured using a CMOS camera,and FPGA performs pre-processing tasks such as image filtering,gray projection calculation,and image segmentation to detect the number of yarn pieces.The threshold stored in the FPGA is compared with detection results to identify yarn breakage.Simulation and actual detection results confirm that the designed platform accurately detects yarn breakage in real-time.
