摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤。晚期乳腺癌往往伴随转移,治疗效果不理想,并且具有较高的复发率和死亡率。因此,探索新的用于诊断和预测乳腺癌预后的分子标志物以及新的治疗策略成为研究热点。近年来,RNA甲基化修饰正逐渐成为恶性肿瘤的又一个研究热点。因此本文将就RNA甲基化修饰及其甲基化酶参与调控乳腺癌细胞增殖、侵袭、转移和耐药的研究进展作一综述,以期为乳腺癌RNA甲基化修饰的研究提供参考资料和新的思路,以及为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后监测提供新的策略。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women.Advanced breast cancer is often accompanied by metastasis and has a high recurrence rate and mortality,and the treatment effect is not ideal.Therefore,exploring new molecular markers and new therapeutic strategies for diagnosing and predicting the prognosis of breast cancer has become a research hotspot.In recent years,RNA methylation modification has gradually become another research hotspot in malignant tumors.This review focuses on the research progress in RNA methylation modification and its methylase involved in regulating the proliferation,invasion,metastasis and drug resistance of breast cancer cells,in order to provide reference materials and new ideas for the research of RNA methylation modification of breast cancer,and provide new strategies for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis prediction of breast cancer.
