摘要
目的观察浮针治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取2023年9月-2024年6月于我院门诊就诊的符合纳入标准的84例KOA患者,依据随机表法随机分为治疗组42例及对照组42例。治疗组42例采用浮针疗法治疗,对照组42例采用膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,两组均连续治疗5周。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分、美国膝关节协会评分(AKSS评分)、关节炎生活质量测量量表2-短卷(AIMS2-SF)评分,记录不良反应,评估临床效果。结果两组治疗后VAS评分、WOMAC评分与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),AKSS评分、AIMS2-SF评分与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后VAS评分、WOMAC评分明显低于对照组治疗后,AKSS评分、AIMS2-SF评分明显高于对照组治疗后,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效确切,明显改善膝关节功能,减轻临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of floating acupuncture therapy in the treatment of early to mid stage knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 84 KOA patients who met the inclusion criteria and visited our outpatient department from September 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a treatment group of 42 cases and a control group of 42 cases using a random table method.The treatment group of 42 cases was treated with floating acupuncture therapy,while the control group of 42 cases was treated with knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate.Both groups were treated continuously for 5 weeks.Compare the visual analogue scale(VAS)pain scores,Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index scores,American Knee Society score(AKSS score),and Arthritis Quality of Life Measurement Scale 2-Short Form(AIMS2-SF)scores before and after treatment between two groups,record adverse reactions,and evaluate clinical outcomes.Results The VAS score and WOMAC score in both groups decreased significantly after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05),while the AKSS score and AIMS2-SF score increased significantly compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score and WOMAC score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,while the AKSS score and AIMS2-SF score were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle therapy is effective in treating early to mid stage knee osteoarthritis,significantly improving knee joint function,alleviating clinical symptoms,and improving patients'quality of life.
