摘要
树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)是目前已知功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,其参与抗原处理、迁移和活化T、B细胞等过程,在启动免疫应答、调控及维持免疫稳态中发挥重要作用。中医“行正气”理念旨在疏通体内郁结之正气,激发和运行机体未被调动的正气,确保其顺畅运行,抵达受邪部位,充分发挥正气防治疾病、祛除病邪的作用。树突状细胞免疫与“行正气”理念关系密切,二者在维护机体健康和防治疾病方面的目标高度契合。文章基于“行正气”理念以树突状细胞免疫为切入点,研究树突状细胞免疫与中医“行正气”理念的相关性,探讨二者在疾病预防和诊疗中的重要作用和意义。
Dendritic cells(DC)are the most professional antigen presenting cells known at present.They participate in antigen processing,migration and activation of T and B cells,and play an important role in initiating immune response,regulating and maintaining immune homeostasis.The concept of“promoting healthy Qi”in traditional Chinese medicine aims to dredge the stagnation of healthy Qi in the body,stimulate and operate the unmotivated healthy Qi in the body,ensure its smooth operation,reach the affected parts,and give full play to the role of healthy Qi in preventing and treating diseases and eliminating pathogenic factors.Dendritic cell immunity is closely related to the concept of“promoting healthy Qi”,and their goals in maintaining body health and preventing and treating diseases are highly consistent.Based on the concept of“promoting healthy Qi”,this paper studies the correlation between dendritic cell immunity and the concept of“promoting healthy Qi”in traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses their important roles and significance in disease prevention and diagnosis and treatment.
