摘要
江苏省太湖地区水系纵横交错,水利工程众多,调度复杂,实现预报调度一体化是解决太湖平原河网地区水工程精准调度的关键。采用以水文水动力耦合模型为核心的系统建设方法,制定系统总体框架,研发预报调度一体化系列关键技术,以流域为单元,集成太湖地区预报调度模型,设计“四预”业务流程、核心功能模块和关键路径,利用业务逻辑串联数字大厅、孪生展示、“四预”调度、会商辅助等功能模块,构建水工程预报调度“四预”业务体系。系统能够支撑太湖地区入江、入湖、圩区联合预报调度,并具备复演过去、模拟现在、预演未来的能力,在区域防汛排涝和引江济太工程调度中得到应用,可为数字孪生流域建设提供参考方案与研究思路。
The Taihu region of Jiangsu Province features an intricate water system with numerous hydraulic projects and complex scheduling requirements.Achieving an integrated forecasting and scheduling system is essential for precise water project management in the river network of the Taihu Plain.This study adopted a system development approach centered on a hydrological-hydrodynamic coupled model.A comprehensive framework was established,and a series of key technologies for integrated forecasting and scheduling were developed.A refined river network model for the Taihu Lake Region was integrated at the basin scale,and a“Four Pre”operational workflow,core functional modules,and critical pathways were designed.The system linked business logic through a digital hall,twin visualization,“Four Pre”scheduling,and decision-support function modules,forming a unified“Four Pre”water project forecasting and scheduling system.The system enabled coordinated forecasting and scheduling for water inflow into the Yangtze River,Taihu Lake,and polder areas,with capabilities to reconstruct past events,simulate present conditions,and predict future scenarios.It has been applied in regional flood control,drainage,and the Yangtze-to-Taihu Water Diversion project.This research provides a reference framework and methodological insights for the development of digital twin basins.
