心理社会支持结合行为计划理论指导下的康复教育在乳腺癌患者术后康复中的应用 被引量:1

Application of psychosocial support combined with rehabilitation education guided by planned behavior theory on postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients

摘要 目的探讨心理社会支持结合行为计划理论指导下的康复教育对乳腺癌患者术后康复质量的影响。方法以2020年1月至2022年6月于徐州医科大学附属医院行手术治疗的110例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。55例对照组患者施以常规护理,55例观察组患者在常规护理的基础上施以心理社会支持结合行为计划理论指导下的康复教育。比较2组的癌症疲乏程度、上肢功能、负性情绪和护理满意度。结果术后4周和8周,2组的躯体、情感和认知评分均高于术前(P均<0.05),但观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);2组的上肢功能测评量表各项评分,以及焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于术前(P均<0.05),且观察组的以上评分均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。术后8周,2组的关怀行为评价量表各项评分均高于术前(P均<0.05);观察组的以上评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论心理社会支持结合行为计划理论指导下的康复教育用于乳腺癌术后患者,能够有效减轻其癌因性疲乏程度,改善其上肢功能,缓解其抑郁和焦虑情绪,提高其护理满意的程度。 Objective To explore the effect of psychosocial support combined with rehabilitation education guided by planned behavior theory on the postoperative rehabilitation quality of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to June 2022 were enrolled and allocated into control and observation groups by random number table method.The 55 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the 55 patients in the observation group received psychosocial support combined with rehabilitation education guided by planned behavior theory on the basis of the routine nursing.The cancer-related fatigue degree,upper limb function,negative emotions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 4 and 8 weeks after surgery,the physical,emotional,and cognitive scores in both groups were higher than those before surgery(all P<0.05),but the observation group had lower scores than the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of the upper limb function assessment,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,and Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups were lower than those before surgery(all P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).At 8 weeks after surgery,the scores of various items of the caring behavior evaluation scale in both groups were higher than those before surgery(all P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychosocial support combined with rehabilitation education guided by planned behavior theory for postoperative breast cancer patients can effectively reduce the cancer-related fatigue,improve the upper limb function,relieve the depression and anxiety,and enhance the nursing satisfaction.
