摘要
滑子蘑是一种药食两用真菌,含有多糖类、蛋白质、多肽类、萜类、黄酮和微量元素等丰富的生物活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节免疫、降血糖、降血脂、消炎抗菌等功效。该文主要对滑子蘑生物活性成分的研究现状进行综述,并对滑子蘑产业的发展前景进行展望。
Pholiota microspora is a medicinal and edible fungus.It is rich in bioactive components,including polysaccharides,proteins,polypeptides,terpenoids,flavonoids and trace elements,which function as antioxidants,anti-tumor,immunomodulatory,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,anti-inflammatory,or anti-bacterial.In this study,the research status of the bioactive components of P.microspora was reviewed and the potential industry developments were prospected.
