摘要
分析了链条抽油机、宽带抽油机、直线电机式抽油机机、摩擦换向式抽油机4种最具代表性的立式抽油机的结构,并比较其在油田的使用情况。为立式抽油机的研制和选型提供参考。现场使用表明:立式抽油机能满足深抽、大排量提液、冲次调节范围宽、节能以及间抽等采油工艺要求,适用于超深井、稠油井。
Four kinds of typical vertical pumping unit structures were analyzed, namely, the chain pumping unit, wide strap pumping unit, linear electromotor pumping unit, and friction pumping u- nit,and the performances of three oilfields used in Xinjiang were compared. It provides theory in- structions for the subsequent development, design and choosing type of vertical pumping unit. Through the field using, the vertical pumping unit can efficiently meet deep sucking, big produc- tion liquid lifting, wider stroke adjusting range, saving energy, alternation sucking production and oth- er requirements of oil production technology, and is the same with ultra-deep well, heavy oil well.
