摘要
研究了洗衣皂改性配方及其性能 .通过对钙皂分散剂复配试验、助洗剂复配试验、螯合剂配比确定试验等各试验配方中去污力的评价 ,在本实验条件范围内优选出性能优良的洗衣皂改性的最佳配方 ;并通过与普通洗衣皂对比 ,对其性能进行了研究 .经果表明 :肥皂经改性后 ,去污力、抗硬水性及在冷水中的溶解性大大提高 ;织物经改性皂洗后 ,易漂洗 ,其纤维表面光滑柔软 ,无明显皂垢沉积 .
Formulas and property of corrected soap have been investigated.The lime soap dispersant agent (LSDA), builders and chelating agents with the closer ability were compounded with soap flakers, the better formulas with soap detergency were sifted through appraising the washing ability of the tests, and all kinds of property were compared with common soap. It was found that its detersive power, hard water resistance and dissolving property in cool water were improved greatly, cloth washed by corrected soap was potched easily, its fibre surface was smooth, soft and there was no soap dirt deposit on it.
