摘要
介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦州石化分公司Ⅲ套重油催化裂化装置两次扩能改造情况。改造是在现有主体设备、两器型式不动情况下进行的,改造中采用了MGD降烯烃工艺,气控式外取热、新型高效汽提、ADV高效浮阀塔盘、CS高效雾化喷嘴、高效模块化设计的DELTAK锅炉等多项先进、成熟可靠技术。结果表明:改造后彻底解决了影响催化裂化装置长周期运行的烟气轮机结垢、汽轮机结盐、沉降器结焦等老大难问题;加工量从原设计以辽河直馏蜡油和焦化蜡油为原料的1.40Mt/a提高到1.8Mta,实际生产中100%常压渣油加工量达到1.7Mt/a;产品分布改善,能耗降低,汽油烯烃体积分数小于35%。通过不断的技术措施完善,充分挖掘了催化裂化装置潜能,使其真正实现了安稳长满优生产。
The two expansion revamps of heavy oil FCC unit Ⅲ in PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company are introduced. In the revamps, the main existing equipment and reactor and regenerator remained unchanged, and a series of star-of-the-art proven technologies have been applied such as MGD process, aircontrolled catalyst cooler, new type high-efficiency stripper, ADV high-performance float-valve trays, CS high- efficiency feed atomizing nozzles and DELTAK boiler of modular design. After revamp, the difficult problems of flue gas expander fouling, deposition of salt in steam turbine and coking in settler vessel which affected the long-term operation of FCC unit have been solved. The design capacity has been increased from 28. 000 b/d of Liaohe gas oil and coker gas oil to 36. 000 b/d, In actual operation the processing capacity is 34. 000 b/d of 100% atmospheric residue. In addition, the product distribution is improved, the energy consumption is reduced and olefins in gasoline is lower than 35 v% , which meets standard specifications. The continuous implementation of effective technical measures have tapped the potential of FCC unit and ensured the reliable long-term operation of the unit at full capacity .
