摘要
高校转型期教师的职业倦怠现象研究具有一定的理论意义和现实意义,国内外对此有一定的研究,本课题的研究包括教师职业倦怠的主要表现、影响因素及原因分析、高校管理者的应对策略等。
This subject of research, including the main performance of teacher occupation tiredness and the strategy of how to deal with the problems for the colleges＇ staff of management.
