摘要
以3年生优质丽江云杉苗木为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,采用3因素3水平正交设计,对苗木进行氮磷钾不同配比的9种施肥处理,分析其对丽江云杉苗木生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明:不同氮磷钾配比对丽江云杉幼苗的苗高、冠幅、叶绿素含量和光合特性均有一定促进作用,但不同处理组间有所差异。T_(7)施肥配比(尿素5 g/株、过磷酸钙7 g/株、硫酸钾2.5 g/株)对丽江云杉冠幅、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和光补偿点的促进效果最明显,显著高于对照。综合来看,不同施肥配比中T_(7)配比施肥最有利于丽江云杉苗木的生长和光合能力的提升。
Taking the three-year high-quality seedlings of Picea likiangensis as the research object,the orthogonal design of 3 factors and 3 levels was used to treat seedlings with 9 different fertilization treatments with different ratios of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium through pot experiments to analyze the effects on the growth and photosynthetic physiology of P.likiangensis seedlings.The results showed that different proportion of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had certain promotional effects on the seedling height,crown width,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of P.likiangensis seedlings,but there were differences among treatment groups.The T_(7) fertilization ratio(urea 5 g/plant,calcium superphosphate 7 g/plant,potassium sulfate 2.5 g/plant)had the most obvious promotional effect on the crown width,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and light compensation point of P.likiangensis,which was significantly higher than that of the control.In general,T_(7) fertilization was the most beneficial to the growth and promotion of photosynthetic capacity of P.likiangensis seedlings among different fertilization groups.
