摘要
医疗质量管理工作是一项复杂而又艰巨的系统工程,涉及多学科多领域。随着新医改政策不断推进,近几年医疗质量管理逐渐被医院重视。为切实提高医疗质量,确保患者安全,医院在门诊、病区、医技科室、行政部门等全院范围内全面开展医疗质量管理活动,并通过建立科室质量与安全小组,完善质控记录,明确科室职责,定期召开质控会议等方式研究影响医院发展的瓶颈与不足。通过对各业务科室的督导检查,将收集到的相关信息和数据分析对比,考察质控结果变化情况,及时发现存在的问题,建立台账,结合绩效考核管理办法,提出合理的整改方案,运用PDCA循环管理工具限期整改,促进医疗质量的不断完善,全面加强医疗质量管理,确保就医群众医疗安全。
Medical quality management is a complex and arduous system engineering,involving multiple disciplines and fields.With the continuous advancement of the new medical reform policy,hospitals gradually attach importance to it in recent years.In order to effectively improve the quality of medical care and ensure the safety of patients,our hospital has comprehensively carried out medical quality management activities in the entire hospital,including outpatient departments,wards,medical technology departments,and administrative departments.Through establishing the department quality and safety team,improving quality control records,clarifying department responsibilities,regularly holding quality control meetings and other methods to study bottlenecks and deficiencies that affect the development of the hospital.Through the supervision and inspection of various departments,the collected relevant information and data are analyzed and compared.The changes in quality control results are investigated,the existing problems are found in time.The ledger is established,combined with the performance evaluation management method.A reasonable rectification plan is proposed and applied the PDCA cycle management tool is rectified within a time limit,promoting the continuous improvement of medical quality,comprehensively strengthening medical quality management,and ensuring the medical safety of the people who seek medical treatment.
