摘要
目的研究淫羊藿与甘草不同比例配伍时淫羊藿主要化学成分的影响。方法将淫羊藿与甘草分别按照不同比例配伍,水煎,制备供试样品,采用HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的含量,Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)型色谱柱,以水为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,在流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)下进行洗脱;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:25℃。结果淫羊藿与甘草配伍后,各配伍组淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷等多种成分的含量均有不同程度的增加,在淫羊藿与甘草的配伍比例为5∶1时含量增加最明显,有些成分含量则无明显改变。结论淫羊藿与甘草配伍后药材中淫羊藿苷等成分溶出量较单味淫羊藿提高,可为二药配伍应用提供参考。
Objective To study the changes of the main chemical constituents in decocting Epimedium brevicornu Maxim and Glycyrrhiza separately and compatibly. Methods Epimedium brevicornu Maxim and Glycyrrhiza were mixed with each other in different proportions,and decocted with water.The samples were prepared and the content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used to determine the content of icariin with water as mobile phase A and acetonitrile as mobile phase B.The elution was carried out at1.0 mL·min^-1 .The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results After combined decoction of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim and Glycyrrhiza , the contents of some chemical constituents such as icariin in Epimedium brevicornu Maxim were increased,especially in the compatible decoction at the proportion 5∶1.Some other constituents were not changed obviously. Conclusion The decoction of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim and Glycyrrhiza can increase the solubility of the chemical constituents in Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.This provides a scientific basis for more effective use of the compatible decoction of the 2 herbs.
