摘要
目的 建立枸芪复肾丸中蒙花苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定枸芪复肾丸中蒙花苷的含量.采用Kromasil C18（5μm,250 mm×46 mm）色谱柱,甲醇-0.5％醋酸（55∶45）为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,柱温35℃,检测波长326 nm.结果 蒙花苷在0.07 ～2.8 μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r =0.999 6,平均回收率为99.19％,RSD为0.87％.结论 该方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于枸芪复肾丸中蒙花苷的含量测定.
Objective To establish the determination method of buddleoside content in gouqifushen wan.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）was used to determine buddleoside content in gouqi fushen wan.The stationary phase：Kromasil C18 （5 μm,250 mm × 4.6 mm） chromatographic column; the mobile phase：methanol-0.5 % acetic acid （55∶ 45） ; the flow velocity：1.0 mL · min^-1 ; the column temperature：35 ℃ ;and the determination wavelength：326 nm.Results The good linear relationship presented between buddleoside sample size 0.07 to 2.8 μg and peak area,r =0.999 6,the average recovery rate 99.19%,RSD 0.87%.Conclusion The method achieves the accurate result and good repeatability and is applicable for the determination of buddleoside content in gouqi fushen wan.
