摘要
碱性电池隔膜纸是碱性锌锰电池的重要原材料,其技术性能要求高,必须满足制管及电池电化学性能及贮存性能的要求。碱性电池隔膜纸的国产化需尽快解决的是产品的标准制定、理论性研究分析及各项认证、质量管理工作。碱性电池隔膜纸未来的技术发展趋势为更小的内阻,较长的电池贮存期,各种膜、纤维复合技术,双层成纸技术及透气度在线检测控制技术。
Alkaline battery separator paper, whose technical requirements are high and the tubing and battery electrochemistry performance and storage characteristics requirements should be met, is an important raw material for alkali zinc-manganese dioxide battery. The problems to be solved as soon as possible in the nationalization of alkaline battery separator paper include the setting up of product standard, theoretical study and analysis and various authentications and quality control. The future technological trend of alkaline battery separator paper includes smaller internal resistance, longer battery storage duration, various membrane- fiber compounding technologies, double layer papermaking technology and on-line measurement control technology of air permeability.
