摘要
以非证券化形态存在的矿业权交易有其内生性的缺陷,难以有效完成资产合理流动与资源优化配置的功能。矿业权证券化是市场化条件下的矿业权制度与现代化证券制度的结合,是我国矿业权市场完善发展的必然要求。虽然我国目前还不具备大规模矿业权证券化的条件,但必须着手为矿业权证券化创造条件和打好基础,并进行积极探索和实践。
Because of natural flaw in the transaction of mining fight of non-securities, the function aDout reasonable property circulation and resources optimization is difficult to realize. Mining right securitization is composed of the system of mining right and modem securitized market under the market condition, which is inevitable for the complete development of mining right market in China. Although it is impossible to develop the mining right securitization in large-Male in China at present, some measures should be carried out to lay a foundation for the mining fight securitization.
