摘要
[目的/意义]信息网络的发展,使得各种传统犯罪呈现出网络化的趋势,利用信息网络实施性侵害儿童的行为呈现出高发态势.[方法/过程]为了实现对网络性侵害儿童犯罪的有效打击,深入分析了网络性侵害儿童犯罪的特点.在打击网络性侵害儿童犯罪的过程中,存在着立案难、取证难和询问难等侦查难点.[结果/结论]针对网络性侵害儿童犯罪,应当加强宣传教育、网络空间治理、侦查取证、电子证据固定和儿童讯问等方面的工作.
[Purpose/Significance]With the development of information network,all kinds of traditional crimes show the trend of network,and the use of information network to sexually assault children shows a tendency of high incidence.[Method/Process]In order to achieve an effective attack on the crime of online sexual assault on children,in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the crime of online sexual assault on children,in the process of combating the crime of online sexual assault on children,there are difficulties in filing,obtaining evidence,inquiry and other difficulties in investigation.[Result/Conclusion]In view of the crime of online sexual assault on children,we should strengthen the work of publicity and education,cyberspace management,investigation and evidence collection,electronic evidence fixing,children interrogation and so on.
