“双减”背景下我国中小学作业研究的热点、演进与展望 被引量:28

The Hot Topics,Evolution and Prospects of Assignment Research in Primary and Middle Schools in China Under the Background of“Double Reduction”

摘要 中小学作业已成为当下基础教育改革的热点话题,教育部提出的"五项管理"与"双减"文件中都针对作业方面提出了细致化、规范化的要求,侧面反映出我国中小学生作业负担重的现状及其形成诱因等。在推进高质量落实"双减"政策的大背景下,全面了解新世纪以来我国中小学作业研究的基本情况、热点主题及演进趋势等,利于聚焦"双减"定向靶标进行精准发力。对在作业研究的状况中所发现问题提出五点思考与展望:加强合作与持续关注、借鉴国外经验成果、关注作业政策研究、开发智能作业体系、重视作业现状追踪。 Assignments for primary and middle schools has become a hot topic in basic education reform.This year the Ministry of Education issued a“five-point management”and“double-reduction”document.Both documents put forward detailed and standardized requirements for assignments.They also reflect the situation of heavy homework burden of students in primary and middle schools in China and its formative reasons.With the implementation of the Double Reduction at a high level of quality,a comprehensive understanding of the basic situation,hot topics and evolution trend of assignment research in primary and middle schools in China since the new century is conducive to precisely implement“Double Reduction”.Five thoughts and prospects are put forward for the problems found in assignment research:strengthening cooperative research and continuous attention,learning from foreign experience and results,paying attention to assignment policy research,developing intelligent assignment system,and paying attention to the tracking of assignment status.
