ZFO nanocrystals were well anchored on the inner walls of the pristine TONTAs when the ZFO suspensions(0.025 mg m L^(-1)) were kept under a60 V bias voltage for 1 h. After annealing at 750 °C for2 h, the heterostructured ZFO/Fe_2 TiO_5(FTO)/TiO_2 composite nanotube arrays were successfully obtained. Furthermore, Fe^(3+)was reduced to Fe^(2+)when solid solution reactions occurred at the interface of ZFO and the pristine TONTAs. Introducing ZFO significantly enhanced thevisible light absorption of the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs relative to that of the annealed TONTAs. The coexistence of type I and staggered type II band alignment in the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs facilitated the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, thereby improving the efficiency of the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue when irradiated with simulated sunlight.展开更多

For the research on the leakage mechanism of gas drainage borehole, the rheological and visco-elastic-plastic characteristics were considered to establish the mechanical model of coal mass around borehole, which is used to analyze the leakage mechanism and deduce the dynamic leakage model. On the basis of the real coal seam conditions, the variation rules of the stress, leakage ring, and air leakage amount were analyzed through numerical simulation, and the influence factors of air leakage amount were also investigated to provide the theoretical basis for the sealing technology. Results show that the air leakage amount of borehole is inversely proportional to the increase in supporting stress and sealing length, and directly correlated with the increase in borehole radius and softening modulus. Using theoretical analysis, we design a novel active supporting sealing technology that can use grouting material to seal the fractures to reduce the leakage channels and also provide supporting stress to prevent borehole deformation. The engineering test results indicate that the average gas concentration with the novel active supporting sealing technology is increased by 162.12% than that of traditional polyurethane sealing method. Therefore, this technology not only effectively resolves borehole leakage but also significantly improves the gas drainage effect.展开更多

Although the copious sand and fly ash resources found in these areas can be used as fire-fighting materials, conventional grouting is expensive because of water shortage and loess particles. A new compound material(i.e., a sand-suspended colloid), which comprises a mineral inorganic gel and an organic polymer, is developed in the current study to improve the quality of sand injection and reduce water wastage when grouting. The new material can steadily suspend the sand, through the addition of a small amount of colloid yielding steady sand-suspended slurry. The process of producing the slurry is convenient and quick, overcoming the shortage of sand-suspending thickeners which need heat and are difficult to produce. The space work model based on the theory of the double-electric layer is established to study the suspended mechanism of the solid particles in the sand-suspended colloid. The dispersion effect of the sand-suspended colloid is demonstrated by the incorporation of the electrostatic effect by the double-electric layer and the steric hindrance effect on the sand particles, ensuring the stability of the colloid system and the steady suspension of sand particles in the sand-suspended colloid.Mechanical analysis indicates that the sand is suspended steadily under the condition that the rock sand particles stress on the lower part of the fluid is less than the yield stress of the colloid. Finally, the fireprevention technology of sand suspension was applied and tested in the Daliuta Coal Mine, achieving successful results.展开更多

Presently, how tectonic structures control gas occurrence remains problematic. This study proposes the theory and elucidates the mechanism of stepwise tectonic control on gas occurrence according to the characteristics of gas occurrence and the patterns of gas distribution in coal mines in North China. On the one hand, tectonic compression and shearing lead to stress concentration and thus deform the coal and reduce the coal seam permeability, further contributing to gas preservation. On the other hand, tectonic extension and rifting lead to stress release and thus improve the coal seam permeability, further contributing to gas emission. Therefore, the distribution zones of tectonic compression, ubiquitous coal deformation, and gas accumulation have been step-wisely revealed, and the coal-gas outburst proneness zones are finally identified. The proposed theory of step-wise tectonic control on gas occurrence is of practical significance for gas prediction and control.展开更多

A nano-porous anode alumina membrane coated an Au layer is employed as the sensor substrate. The results indicate that when there are mismatched nucleotide bases, the effective optical thicknesses (OTeft) have obvious difference, and the changes of OTeff are connected with the sensor layer thickness and the effective refractive index. It is also demonstrated that the RIFS technique can be used to precisely detect the ssDNA molecules with individual base mismatched as pairing to dsDNA.展开更多

Morphologies, structures and photoluminescent (PL) prop- erties of these straight, helical or wavelike fibers are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fluorescence microscopy and a spectrophotometer. It is found that the maximum emission of the as-spun fluorescein/PVP fibers occurs at 510 nm. The PL intensity of the composite fiber increases with fluorescein concentration, then fluorescence quenching appears when the concentration reaches 1.67%. The mechanism of fluorescence quenching of fiuorescein is discussed. In addition, the composite fibers exhibit a much stronger PL intensity than fluorescein/PVP bulk film owing to larger specific surface area, which makes them promising materials for biomedical applications such as probes and sensors.展开更多

The exchange bias field He and static anisotropy field Hksta decrease from 118.45 Oe (10e = 79.5775 A.m-1) and 126.84 Oe at 0 V to 94.75 Oe and 102.31 Oe at 90 V, respectively, with increasing capacitor voltage, which supplies pulsed current to heat the sample. The effect of flash thermal annealing by pulsed current on the rotational anisotropy (Hrot), the difference value between static and dynamic magnetic anisotropy, is investigated particularly. The highest Hrot is obtained in the sample annealing with 45-V capacitor (3300 μF) voltage. According to the anisotropic magnetoresistance measurements, it can be explained by the fact that the temperature of the sample is around the blocking temperature of the exchange bias system (Tb) at 45 V, the critical temperature where the formation of more unstable antiferromagnetic grains occurs.展开更多

文摘In order to suppress the harm of gas explosion, the current study researched on the body of vacuum chamber. The previous studies verifed that it could obviously lower the explosion overpressure by reasonably arranging vacuum chamber on pipe. That is to say,the vacuum chamber has the effect of absorbing wave and energy. To further deeply analyze the vacuum chamber suppressing gas explosion, this research designed the L-type pipe of gas explosion, and compared the experimental results of gas explosion with vacuum chamber and without vacuum chamber.Besides, using the gas chromatograph, this study also investigated the gas compositions in the pipe before and after explosion. The results show that:(1)without vacuum chamber, the maximum value of explosion overpressure is 0.22 MPa,with60 ms duration, and after explosion, the concentration of oxygen drops to 12.07%,but the concentration of carbon monoxide increases to 4392.3 10à6,and the concentration of carbon dioxide goes up to7.848%,which can make the persons in danger suffocate and die;(2)with vacuum chamber, explosion overpressure drops to 0.18 MPa,with 20 ms duration or less, and after explosion, the concentration of oxygen still remains 12.07%,but the concentration of methane is 7.83%,however the concentration of carbon monoxide is only 727.24 10à6,and the concentration of carbon dioxide is only 1.219%,at the this moment the concentration ratio of toxic gas drops by more than 83%in comparison to be that without vacuum chamber.Consequently, the vacuum chamber can guarantee that most methane does not take part in chemical reaction, and timely quenches the deflagration reaction of gas and oxygen.Because of the two points mentioned above,it reduces the explosion energy, and lowers that the overpressure of blast wave impacts and damages on the persons and facilities, and also decreases the consumption of oxygen and the production of the toxic gas. Therefore,it is safe to conclude that the vacuum chamber not only absorbs wave and energy, but also prevents and suppresses explosion.

文摘Elcctrospiiming is a straightforward method to produce micro/nanoscale fibers from polymer solutions typically using an operating voltage of 10 kV 30 kV and spinning distance of 10 cm 20 cm. In this paper, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) non-woven nanofibers with diameters of 200 nm 900 nm were prepared by low-voltage near-field electrospinning with a working voltage of less than 2.8 kV and a spinning distance of less than 10 mm. Besides the uniform fibers, beaded-fibers were also fabricated and the formation mechanism was discussed. Particularly, a series of experiments were carried out to explore the influence of processing variables on the formation of near-field electrospun PVP nanofibers, including concentration, humidity, collecting position, and spinning distance.

文摘To improve the visible light absorption and photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide nanotube arrays(TONTAs), ZnFe_2O_4(ZFO) nanocrystals were perfused into pristine TONTA pipelines using a novel bias voltageassisted perfusion method. The coexistence of type I and staggered type II band alignment in the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs facilitated the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes, thereby improving the efficiency of the ZFO/FTO/TONTAs for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue when irradiated with simulated sunlight.

文摘Borehole leakage not only affects the gas drainage effect but also presents considerable risk to human security. Therefore, this technology not only effectively resolves borehole leakage but also significantly improves the gas drainage effect.

文摘In order to study the propagation law of shock waves and gas flow during coal and gas outburst,we analyzed the formation process of outburst shock waves and gas flow and established the numerical simulation models of the roadways with 45°intersection and 135°intersection to simulate the propagation of outburst gas flow and the process of gas transport.Based on the analysis of the simulation results,we obtained the qualitative and quantitative conclusions on the characteristics and patterns of propagation and attenuation of outburst shock waves and gas flow. With the experimental models,we investigated the outburst shock waves and gas flow in the roadways with the similar structures to the simulated ones.According to the simulation results, when the angle between the driving roadway and the adjacent roadway increased, the sudden pressure variation range in adjacent roadway and the influencing scope of gas flow increased and the sudden pressure variation duration decreased. The intersection between the driving roadway and the adjacent roadway has no effect on airflow reversal induced by the shock waves and gas flow.

文摘A gas–solid coupling model involving coal seam deformation, gas diffusion and seepage, gas adsorption and desorption was built to study the gas transport rule under the effect of protective coal seam mining. The research results indicate:(1) The depressurization effect changes the stress state of an overlying coal seam and causes its permeability to increase, thus gas in the protected coal seam will be desorbed and transported under the effect of a gas pressure gradient, which will cause a decrease in gas pressure.(2) Gas pressure can be further decreased by setting out gas extraction boreholes in the overlying coal seam, which can effectively reduce the coal and gas outburst risk. The research is of important engineering significance for studying the gas transport rule in protected coal seam and providing important reference for controlling coal and gas outbursts in deep mining in China.

文摘A surfactant-polyalkane system is investigated using chemical reagents to dissolve methane and control coal seam gas from low-energy,high-efficiency,safety,and environmental protection perspectives. At different temperatures and pressures,a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor, gas chromatograph, and other related experimental equipment were used to perform methane dissolution experiments, and a single surfactant sodium oleate(NaOA)and n-hexane demonstrated superior results. The single-factor experiments of temperature, pressure, and NaOA addition were performed and fitted via a response surface analysis. The optimal conditions for methane solubility were as follows:temperature of 34C,pressure of 4.5 MPa,NaOA addition of 85 g/L,and time of 1 h.The optimal effect of the surfactant-polyalkane system in dissolving methane was achieved with 32.31 mL/100 mL.Meanwhile, the change in the surface structure of coal before and after washing with the system was compared using scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the gas after washing with the surfactant-polyalkane system dissolved, and the surface pore structure of the coal changed. Moreover, the specific surface area and pore size of the coal surface increased after washing.Hence, the desorption of gas from the coal surface into the system becomes easy, thereby reducing the gas content in the coal sample.

文摘North and west China has abundant coal resources, however, such resources make these regions prone to serious mine fire disasters. Finally, the fireprevention technology of sand suspension was applied and tested in the Daliuta Coal Mine, achieving successful results.

文摘To gain an understanding of gas occurrence, distribution is the fundamental basis for preventing gas disasters. The proposed theory of step-wise tectonic control on gas occurrence is of practical significance for gas prediction and control.

文摘The interaction between two single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) molecules as pairing to a double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) molecule is studied by the reflectometric interference spectroscopy (RIFS) technology. It is also demonstrated that the RIFS technique can be used to precisely detect the ssDNA molecules with individual base mismatched as pairing to dsDNA.

文摘Fluorescein/polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) composite nanofibers with different fluorescein loadings (with a weight concentration of 0-5.0%) are fabricated via electrospinning. In addition, the composite fibers exhibit a much stronger PL intensity than fluorescein/PVP bulk film owing to larger specific surface area, which makes them promising materials for biomedical applications such as probes and sensors.

文摘Organic matter(OM)hosted pores are crucial for the storage and migration of petroleum in shale reservoirs.Thermal maturity and macerals type are important factors controlling the development of pores therein. In this study, six lacustrine shale samples with different thermal maturities from the first member of the Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin,of which vitrinite reflectance(R_(o))ranging from 0.58% to 1.43%,were selected for a comparative analysis.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and reflected light microscopy were combined to investigate the development of organic pores in different macerals during thermal maturation. The results show that alginite and liptodetrinite are the dominant primary macerals, followed by bituminite.Only a few primary organic pores developed in the alginite at the lowest maturity(R_(o)=0.58%).As a result of petroleum generation,oil-prone macerals began to transform to initial-oil solid bitumen at the early oil window(R_(o)=0.73%)and shrinkage cracks were observed.Initial-oil solid bitumen cracked to oil,gas and post-oil bitumen by primary cracking(R_(o)=0.98%).Moreover,solid bitumen(SB)was found to be the dominant OM when R_(o)>0.98%,which indicates that SB is the product of oil-prone macerals transformation. Many secondary bubble pores were observed on SB,which formed by gas release, while devolatilization cracks developed on migrated SB.Additionally,at the late oil window(Ro?1.16%),migrated SB filled the interparticle pore spaces. With further increase in temperature, the liquid oil underwent secondary cracking into pyrobitumen and gas,and spongy pores developed on the pyrobitumen at higher levels of maturity(Ro=1.43%),which formed when pyrobitumen cracked into gas.Vitrinite and inertinite are stable without any visible pores over the range of maturities, verifying their low petroleum generation potential. In addition,it was concluded that clay minerals could have a catalytic effect on the petroleum generation, which may explain why organicclay mixtures had more abundant pores than single OM particles. However, after R_(o)>0.98%,authigenic minerals occupied the organic pore spaces on the organic-clay mixtures, resulting in fewer pores compared to those observed in samples at the early to peak oil window.

文摘In order to reduce the hazard of coal spontaneous combustion, the cross-linking reaction between O-containing functional groups of coal should be inhibited. So the inhibitory effect of an ionic liquid(IL) on the cross-linking reaction was studied. The O-containing functional groups change the weight loss and H_2O,CO_2,CO yields of bituminous coal before and after[H0Emim][BF_4]and[Amim]Cl pre-treatment and were detected by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FT1R) and Thermo Gravimetric(TC) analysis. The results show that | AmimjCI has a weaker ability to inhibit the cross-linking reaction of bituminous coal compared to[HOEmim][BF_4].Besides,based on Quantum Chemistry calculation,it was found that the different inhibiting effects of |H0Emim][BF_4]and[Amim]Cl are greatly related to their anions and the H linked with C2 atom on the imidazole ring. The H-donor ability of coal will be enhanced by[HOEmim][BF_4]leading to a weaker cross-linking reaction of coal.

文摘In this paper, Ta/[NiFe(15 nm)/FeMn(10 nm)]/Ta exchange-biased bilayers are fabricated by magnetron sputtering, and their static and dynamic magnetic properties before and after rapid annealing treatment with pulsed current are charac- terized by using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and a vector network analyzer (VNA), respectively. According to the anisotropic magnetoresistance measurements, it can be explained by the fact that the temperature of the sample is around the blocking temperature of the exchange bias system (Tb) at 45 V, the critical temperature where the formation of more unstable antiferromagnetic grains occurs.

文摘The behavior of oil and water in tight rocks can change the distribution of oil or water in pores, which affects the production of crude oil.Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)method is an effective and nondestructive tool for evaluating rocks with comparison and analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. In our study,20 MHz NMR Relaxometry is used as a key technique to study the changes of water and oil behaviors in Chinese lacustrine Qingshankou shales under different saturated states(imbibition and evaporation without pressure). The results show that variation in different proton populations(water, oil and organic)can be distinguished using 2D T_(1)-T_(2)maps.The comparison among T_(1)-T_(2)maps with different saturated states shows that different signal regions changed during oil and water migrations, which the 1D NMR Relaxometry may be not easy to approach.Combined with the pyrolysis analysis,T2 shift and differences of signal regions in T_(1)-T_(2)maps can reflect properties such as wettability and composition(organic matter, clay and magnetic minerals)to some extent. This study provides better insight into oil and water behaviors in lacustrine oil shales with further understanding of 20 MHz NMR 2D T_(1)-T_(2)maps both in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
