The probability limit theory and the algebra graph theory are employed to derive the necessary and sufficient conditions guaranteeing the mean square bounded consensus tracking. It is shown that the maximum allowable upper boundary of the sampling period simultaneously depends on the constant feedback gains and the network topology. Furthermore, the effects of the sampling period on the tracking performance are analysed. It turns out that from the view point of the sampling period, there is a trade-off between the tracking speed and the static tracking error. Simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.展开更多

Numerical results show that the erosstalk range of OAM modes in the vicinity of signal mode increases with the increasing refractive-index construction parameter. However, effects of change of the width of the Gaussian envelope and the parameter Wo of WG beams on normalization energy weight of signal mode can be ignored. We find theoretically that signal spiral plane mode of WG beams at each OAM level approximatively has the same normalization energy weight, implying that the channels with WG (pseudo non-diffraction) beam have higher channel capacity than the channels with the Laguerre-Gaussian beam.展开更多

The linear energy transfer covers the range from 50 to 99.8 Me V/(mg/cm^2). When the memory chips are powered off during heavy ions irradiation, single-event-latch-up and single-event-function-interruption are excluded, and only 0-〉1 upset errors in the memory array are observed. These error bit rates seem very difficult to achieve and cannot be simply recovered based on the power cycle. The number of error bits shows a strong dependence on the linear energy transfer(LET). Under room-temperature annealing conditions, the upset errors can be reduced by about two orders of magnitude using rewrite/reprogram operations, but they subsequently increase once again in a few minutes after the power cycle. High-temperature annealing can diminish almost all error bits, which are affected by the lower LET ^(129)Xe ions. The percolation path between the floating-gate(FG) and the substrate contributes to the radiation-induced leakage current, and has been identified as the root cause of the upset errors of the Flash memory array in this work.展开更多

文摘In vehicle edge computing(VEC),asynchronous federated learning(AFL)is used, where the edge receives a local model and updates the global model, effectively reducing the global aggregation latency.Due to different amounts of local data, computing capabilities and locations of the vehicles, renewing the global model with same weight is inappropriate. The above factors will affect the local calculation time and upload time of the local model, and the vehicle may also be affected by Byzantine attacks, leading to the deterioration of the vehicle data. However, based on deep reinforcement learning(DRL),we can consider these factors comprehensively to eliminate vehicles with poor performance as much as possible and exclude vehicles that have suffered Byzantine attacks before AFL.At the same time, when aggregating AFL,we can focus on those vehicles with better performance to improve the accuracy and safety of the system. In this paper,we proposed a vehicle selection scheme based on DRL in VEC.In this scheme, vehicle’s mobility, channel conditions with temporal variations, computational resources with temporal variations, different data amount, transmission channel status of vehicles as well as Byzantine attacks were taken into account.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme effectively improves the safety and accuracy of the global model.

文摘The reliable prediction of state of charge(SOC)is one of the vital functions of advanced battery management system(BMS),which has great significance towards safe operation of electric vehicles.By far,the empirical model-based and data-driven-based SOC estimation methods of lithium-ion batteries have been comprehensively discussed and reviewed in various literatures. However, few reviews involving SOC estimation focused on electrochemical mechanism, which gives physical explanations to SOC and becomes most attractive candidate for advanced BMS.For this reason, this paper comprehensively surveys on physics-based SOC algorithms applied in advanced BMS.First, the research progresses of physical SOC estimation methods for lithium-ion batteries are thoroughly discussed and corresponding evaluation criteria are carefully elaborated.Second, future perspectives of the current researches on physics-based battery SOC estimation are presented. The insights stated in this paper are expected to catalyze the development and application of the physics-based advanced BMS algorithms.

文摘The orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)modulation proposed in recent years is considered to have superior performance than orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)for the doubly selective(DS)channels. The works in the existing literature on OTFS mainly focus on the cases where the channels are underspread(i.e.,the product of the delay spread and the Doppler spread is less than 1).In the scenario of overspread DS channel, which has large delay spread and severe Doppler spread, such as underwater acoustic(UWA)channel, the channel model in delay-Doppler(DD)Domain derived by existing work is no longer applicable. In this paper,we derive a more generalized expression of the channel model in delay-Doppler domain, which allows the product of the delay spread and Doppler spread to be larger than1.The result shows that the existing channel model is just a special case of the one we proposed.Using the proposed channel matrix in DD domain,we build the OTFS detectors with the minimum mean square error(MMSE)and message passing(MP)algorithms on overspread doubly selective channel. Finally, simulation results are presented to verify the theoretical derivation and the effectiveness of the detectors.

文摘In this paper, the channel impulse response matrix(CIRM)can be expressed as a sum of couplings between the steering vectors at the base station(BS)and the eigenbases at the mobile station(MS).Nakagami distribution was used to describe the fading of the coupling between the steering vectors and the eigenbases.Extensive measurements were carried out to evaluate the performance of this proposed model.Furthermore, the physical implications of this model were illustrated and the capacities are analyzed. In addition, the azimuthal power spectrum(APS)of several models was analyzed. Finally, the channel hardening effect was simulated and discussed. Results showed that the proposed model provides a better fit to the measured results than the other CBSM,i.e.,Weichselberger model. Moreover, the proposed model can provide better tradeoff between accuracy and complexity in channel synthesis. This CIRM model can be used for massive MIMO design in the future communication system design.

文摘Upset errors in 90-nm 64 Mb NOR-type floating-gate Flash memory induced by accelerated ^(129)Xe and ^(209)Bi ions are investigated in detail. The percolation path between the floating-gate(FG) and the substrate contributes to the radiation-induced leakage current, and has been identified as the root cause of the upset errors of the Flash memory array in this work.

文摘Federated edge learning(FEEL)technology for vehicular networks is considered as a promising technology to reduce the computation workload while keeping the privacy of users. In the FEEL system, vehicles upload data to the edge servers, which train the vehicles’data to update local models and then return the result to vehicles to avoid sharing the original data. However, the cache queue in the edge is limited and the channel between edge server and each vehicle is time-varying.Thus,it is challenging to select a suitable number of vehicles to ensure that the uploaded data can keep a stable cache queue in edge server while maximizing the learning accuracy. Moreover, selecting vehicles with different resource statuses to update data will affect the total amount of data involved in training, which further affects the model accuracy. In this paper,we propose a vehicle selection scheme, which maximizes the learning accuracy while ensuring the stability of the cache queue, where the statuses of all the vehicles in the coverage of edge server are taken into account. The performance of this scheme is evaluated through simulation experiments, which indicates that our proposed scheme can perform better than the known benchmark scheme.
