Graphdiyne(GDY)is a two-dimensional carbon allotrope with exceptional physical and chemical properties that is gaining increasing attention.However,its efficient and scalable synthesis remains a significant challenge.We present a microwave-assisted approach for its continuous,large-scale production which enables synthesis at a rate of 0.6 g/h,with a yield of up to 90%.The synthesized GDY nanosheets have an average diameter of 246 nm and a thickness of 4 nm.We used GDY as a stable coating for potassium(K)metal anodes(K@GDY),taking advantage of its unique molecular structure to provide favorable paths for K-ion transport.This modification significantly inhibited dendrite formation and improved the cycling stability of K metal batteries.Full-cells with perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride(PTCDA)cathodes showed the clear superiority of the K@GDY anodes over bare K anodes in terms of performance,stability,and cycle life.The K@GDY maintained a stable voltage plateau and gave an excellent capacity retention after 600 cycles with nearly 100%Coulombic efficiency.This work not only provides a scalable and efficient way for GDY synthesis but also opens new possibilities for its use in energy storage and other advanced technologies. 展开更多

This study contests the prevalent perception of graffiti writing,especially tagging and bombing,as meaningless vandalism.It contends that graffiti is a form of expression with intrinsic political implications.Leveraging the notion of spatial justice and Jacques Ranciere's philosophy,I demonstrate how graffiti reclaims urban visibility against the commercial monopoly of visibility in public spaces and challenges the inequitable allocation of opportunities for self-expression in modern cities.Despite writers'common denial of political motives,their actions may be interpreted as manifestations of resistance within wider sociospatial conflicts.This study situates grffti within discussions of political art,spatial commodification,and everyday resistance,proposing a normative framework for viewing the art of the urban signature as an activity that redefines"the community that speaks." 展开更多

Isoflavones which mainly distributed in leguminous plants have plenty of health benefits.Isoflavone synthase(IFS)is a membrane-associated cytochrome P450 enzyme(CYP450)which carries out the unique aryl-ring migration and hydroxylation.So far,few crystal structures of plant P450s have been obtained.We determined the crystal structure of IFS from Medicago truncatula at 1.9 by MAD method using a selenomethionine substituted crystal and conducted molecular docking and mutagenesis study.The structure of IFS complexed with imidazole exhibits the helix Iα-loop-helix Iβmotif which corresponds to helix I of other P 450s.Compared with structures of common P450s,IFS/imidazole structure contains an extra domain,i.e.,theγ-domain.The structure reveals a homodimer in which theγ-domain of one molecule interacts with theβ-domain of another.The plane of heme group makes an angle of approximately 40°with the helix Iα-loop-helix Iβmotif.Molecular docking combined with mutagenesis study suggested that Trp-128 and Asp-300 might play important roles in substrate binding and recognition.Phe-301,Ser-303 and Gly-305 from the helix Iα-loop-helix Iβmotif may play important roles in the aryl-ring migration.These novel structural features reveal insights into the unique reaction mechanism of IFS and provide a basis for engineering IFS in leguminous crops for health purpose. 展开更多

A novel near-infrared all-fiber mode monitor based on a mini-two-path Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MTP-MZI)is proposed.The MTP-MZI mode monitor is created by fusing a section of(no-core fiber,NCF)and a(single-mode fiber,SMF)together with an optical fiber fusion splicer,establishing two distinct centimeter-level optical transmission paths.Since the high-order modes in NCF transmit near-infrared light more sensitively to curvature-induced energy leakage than the fundamental mode in SMF,the near-infrared high-order mode light leaks out of NCF when the curvature changes,causing the MTP-MZI transmission spectrum to change.By ana⁃lyzing the relationship between the curvature,transmission spectrum,and spatial frequency spectrum,the modes involved in the interference can be studied,thereby revealing the mode transmission characteristics of near-infra⁃red light in optical fibers.In the verification experiments,higher-order modes were excited by inserting a novel hollow-core fiber(HCF)into the MTP-MZI.When the curvature of the MTP-MZI changes,the near-infrared light high-order mode introduced into the device leaks out,causing the transmission spectrum to return to its origi⁃nal state before bending and before the HCF was spliced.The experimental results demonstrate that the MTP-MZI mode monitor can monitor the fiber modes introduced from the external environment,providing both theoretical and experimental foundations for near-infrared all-fiber mode monitoring in optical information systems. 展开更多

Here we report a left cheek plate of Psarolepis,a postparietal shield of Youngolepis,a skull of Diabolepis,and a scale of Styloichthys from the Lianhuashan and Nahkaoling formations(Lochkovian,Lower Devonian)of Nanning,Guangxi.This marks the first report of Diabolepis and Styloichthys beside Qujing,Yunnan,and the latest occurrence of Psarolepis to date.The fossil community displays significant similarities to the Xujiachong Assemblage,and provides new data for the Lower Devonian stratigraphic correlation between southwestern China and northern Vietnam.Given the latest dating constraint based on the conodont evidence,we regard that the Xujiachong Assemblage has a much longer range than previously supposed,extending from the latest Lochkovian to the end of Pragian.We propose that the transition of the Nahkaoling and Lianhuashan formations in Nanning might correspond to the Guijiatun Formation in Qujing.The relatively large size of fish individuals from Guangxi is probably attributed to the increase in the oxygen content of the ocean. 展开更多

As an essential candidate for environment-friendly luminescent quantum dots(QDs),CuInS-based QDs have attracted more attention in recent years.However,several drawbacks still hamper their industrial applications,such as lower photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),complex synthetic pathways,uncontrollable emission spectra,and insufficient photostability.In this study,CuInZnS@ZnS core/shell QDs was prepared via a one-pot/three-step synthetic scheme with accurate and tunable control of PL spectra.Then their ensemble spectroscopic properties during nucleation formation,alloying,and ZnS shell growth processes were systematically investigated.PL peaks of these QDs can be precisely manipulated from 530 to 850 nm by controlling the stoichiometric ratio of Cu/In,Zn^(2+)doping and ZnS shell growth.In particular,CuInZnS@ZnS QDs possess a significantly long emission lifetime(up to 750 ns),high PLQY(up to 85%),and excellent crystallinity.Their spectroscopic evolution is well validated by Cu-deficient related intragap emission model.By controlling the stoichiometric ratio of Cu/In,two distinct Cu-deficient related emission pathways are established based on the differing oxidation states of Cu defects.Therefore,this work provides deeper insights for fabricating high luminescent ternary or quaternary-alloyed QDs. 展开更多

AXPs/SGRs:strange stars with crusts?

The emission of anomalous X-ray pulsars(AXPs)and soft gamma-ray repeaters(SGRs)is believed to be powered by the dissipation of their strong magnetic fields,which coined the name“magnetar”.By combining timing and energy observational results,the magnetar model can be easily appreciated.From a timing perspective,the magnetic field strengths of AXPs and SGRs,which are calculated under the assumption of dipole radiation,are extremely strong.From an energy perspective,the X-ray/soft gamma-ray luminosities of AXPs and SGRs are larger than their rotational energy loss rates(i.e.,L_(x>E_(rot)).It is thus reasonable to assume that the high-energy radiation comes from magnetic energy decay,and the magnetar model has been extensively discussed(or accepted).However,we argue that:(ⅰ)Calculating magnetic fields by assuming that rotational energy loss is dominated by dipole radiation(i.e.,E_(rot)■E_(μ))may be controversial,and we suggest that the energies carried by outflowing particles should also be considered.(ⅱ)The fact that X-ray luminosity is greater than the rotational energy loss rate does not necessarily mean that the emission energy comes from the magnetic field decaying,which requires further observational testing.Furthermore,some observational facts conflict with the“magnetar”model,such as observations of anti-magnetars,high magnetic field pulsars,and radio and X-ray observations of AXPs/SGRs.Therefore,we propose a crusted strange star model as an alternative,which can explain many more observational facts of AXPs/SGRs. 展开更多

The second near-infrared window(NIR-II,900-1880 nm)overcomes critical limitations of visible(360-760 nm)and NIR-I(760-900 nm)imaging—including restricted penetration depth,low signal-to-back⁃ground ratio,and tissue autofluorescence—establishing its pivotal role for in vivo deep-tissue bioimaging.With exponential growth in NIR-II photodiagnosis and phototherapy research over the past decade,bibliometric analy⁃sis is essential to map the evolving landscape and guide strategic priorities.We systematically analyzed 2,491 NIR-II-related publications(2009-2023)from the Web of Science Core Collection,employing scientometric tools for distinct analytical purposes:(a)VOSviewer,SCImago Graphica,and Gephi for co-authorship and co-occur⁃rence network mapping;(b)the R bibliometrix package for tracking field evolution and identifying high-impact publications/journals.The search retrieved 2491 studies from 359 journals originating from 54 countries.The country with the most published articles is China.Chinese institutions drive>60%of publications,with Stanford University(USA)and Nanyang Technological University(Singapore)ranked as the top two institutions by re⁃search quality.International cooperation is becoming increasingly frequent.Fan Quli,Tang Benzhong and Dai Hongjie are the top 3 productive authors in this field.Keyword evolution identifies"photodynamic therapy"and"immunotherapy"as pivotal future directions.We summarize the most cited literatures and NIR-II imaging clini⁃cal trials.This study delineates the NIR-II research trajectory,highlighting China's leadership,intensifying glob⁃al collaboration,and interdisciplinary convergence.Future efforts should prioritize the novel NIR-II probe devel⁃opment for NIR-II imaging and clinical translation of photodynamic/immunotherapy combinational platforms. 展开更多

The magnetic fields and dynamical processes in the solar polar regions play a crucial role in the solar magnetic cycle and in supplying mass and energy to the fast solar wind,ultimately being vital in controlling solar activities and driving space weather.Despite numerous efforts to explore these regions,to date no imaging observations of the Sun's poles have been achieved from vantage points out of the ecliptic plane,leaving their behavior and evolution poorly understood.This observation gap has left three top-level scientific questions unanswered:How does the solar dynamo work and drive the solar magnetic cycle?What drives the fast solar wind?How do space weather processes globally originate from the Sun and propagate throughout the solar system?The Solar Polarorbit Observatory(SPO)mission,a solar polar exploration spacecraft,is proposed to address these three unanswered scientific questions by imaging the Sun's poles from high heliolatitudes.In order to achieve its scientific goals,SPO will carry six remote-sensing and four in-situ instruments to measure the vector magnetic fields and Doppler velocity fields in the photosphere,to observe the Sun in the extreme ultraviolet,X-ray,and radio wavelengths,to image the corona and the heliosphere up to 45 R_(s),and to perform in-situ detection of magnetic fields,and low-and high-energy particles in the solar wind.The SPO mission is capable of providing critical vector magnetic fields and Doppler velocities of the polar regions to advance our understanding of the origin of the solar magnetic cycle,providing unprecedented imaging observations of the solar poles alongside in-situ measurements of charged particles and magnetic fields from high heliolatitudes to unveil the mass and energy supply that drive the fast solar wind,and providing observational constraints for improving our ability to model and predict the three-dimensional(3D)structures and propagation of space weather events. 展开更多

目的 调查深圳市妇女生殖道不同型别人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况以及在人群中的分布。方法 采用整群分层的抽样方法对深圳市南山区华侨城社区15—59岁的女性开展以人群为基础的宫颈癌筛查。签署知情同意书后,对合格对象进行流行病... 目的 调查深圳市妇女生殖道不同型别人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况以及在人群中的分布。方法 采用整群分层的抽样方法对深圳市南山区华侨城社区15—59岁的女性开展以人群为基础的宫颈癌筛查。签署知情同意书后,对合格对象进行流行病学问卷调查。采集受试者宫颈脱落细胞,进行液基细胞学检测、HPV-DNA的第2代杂交捕获(hc2)试验和HPV分型基因芯片检测。结果 共1137名妇女入选。hc2和基因芯片对13种高危型HPV的检出率分别为14.0%和9.8%,前者检出率显著高于后者(Х^2=27.198,P〈0.001),两种方法一致性较好(kappa=0.498,P〈0.001)。基因芯片对低危型和其他型别HPV的检出率分别为1.9%和0.2%。高危型HPV阳性人群中16、18和58型HPV百分比依次为29.7%、18.9%和18.9%。低危型HPV的年龄别人群检出率(17—34、35—44和45—59岁)依次为1.4%、1.7%和3.2%。结论 16、18和58型为该人群最常见的3种高危型HPV,高危型HPV的年龄别感染率差别主要表现为HPV16在人群中的变化。低危型HPV的感染机会随年龄的增大而增大。 展开更多

目的探讨大鼠高肺血流性肺动脉高压形成中肺血管结构的动态变化规律。方法80只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为分流组和对照组,每组40只。分流组大鼠经腹主动脉-下腔静脉穿刺术建立高肺血流动物模型,对照组大鼠除不作穿刺术外,其余手术过程同分流... 目的探讨大鼠高肺血流性肺动脉高压形成中肺血管结构的动态变化规律。方法80只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为分流组和对照组,每组40只。分流组大鼠经腹主动脉-下腔静脉穿刺术建立高肺血流动物模型,对照组大鼠除不作穿刺术外,其余手术过程同分流组。两组分别在术后1、3d及1、4、8周经右心插管法测量肺动脉收缩压(SPAP)、肺动脉平均压(MPAP);取心脏组织,称量右心室与左心室+室间隔重量之比[RV/(LV+SP)];取肺组织制作光学显微镜及电子显微镜标本,在光镜下观察肺小动脉中肌型动脉(MA)、部分肌型动脉(PMA)及非肌型动脉(NMA)构成比例及MA的相对中膜厚度(RMT)和相对中膜面积(RMA)的变化,电镜下观察肺小动脉超微结构的变化。结果与对照组比较,SPAP和MPAP在分流组术后1、3d及4周时差异无显著性,分流术后1、8周时,SPAP、MPAP均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);分流术后8周,RV/(LV+SP)显著升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,分流术后1、3d及1周时MA、PMA、NMA占肺小血管总数的百分比在两组之间差异无显著性,分流术后4、8周时大鼠MA、PMA占肺小血管总数的百分比明显增高(均P<0.01),而NMA百分比明显降低(均P<0.01);RMT、RMA在分流术后1、3d及1、4周与对照组比较差异无显著性;分流术后8周时明显增高(P<0.05)。肺小动脉超微结构在分流术后3d时仅为内皮细胞肿胀、体积增大;分流术后1周时,除内皮细胞结构改变外平滑肌细胞增大、内弹力层厚薄不均;分流术后4周时平滑肌细胞与内弹力层呈垂直生长,由收缩表型向合成表型转化;分流术后8周时细胞间见胶原纤维堆积。结论肺血管结构重建呈现明显的时间依赖性,内皮细胞肿胀出现最早,平滑肌结构改变次之,最后出现细胞外基质异常堆积。 展开更多

目的探讨线粒体DNAA3243G点突变的临床表现特点。方法以25例临床怀疑为线粒体病,经血或肌肉线粒体DNA检查证实有A3243G点突变的线粒体脑肌病患者为研究对象,分析其临床表现、脑影像学特点、血乳酸水平和肌肉病理检查结果。结果基因检测... 目的探讨线粒体DNAA3243G点突变的临床表现特点。方法以25例临床怀疑为线粒体病,经血或肌肉线粒体DNA检查证实有A3243G点突变的线粒体脑肌病患者为研究对象,分析其临床表现、脑影像学特点、血乳酸水平和肌肉病理检查结果。结果基因检测证实25例患者均存在比例不同的线粒体DNAA3243G点突变,但临床表型有很大不同,其中19例为线粒体脑肌病伴乳酸血症和卒中样发作(MELAS),2例为无法分类的线粒体脑病,2例为松软儿,1例为Kearns-Sayer综合征(KSS),1例为线粒体胃肠肌病。大部分患者脑影像学检查可见病灶,肌肉活检可见蓬毛样红纤维改变,所有患者均有血乳酸水平增高。结论线粒体DNAA3243G点突变的临床表现和脑影像学均呈高度的异质性。对表现为多系统受累的患者,如果同时合并高乳酸血症,就应考虑线粒体病的可能,应进行线粒体DNA突变的检查以明确诊断。 展开更多

Discussion on origin of Pn velocity variationin China and adjacent region 被引量:14

Pn velocity lateral variation and anisotropy images were reconstructed by adding about 50 000 travel times from the regional seismic networks to the datum set of near 40 000 travel times from National Seismic Network of China used by WANG, et al. We discussed the relation of Pn velocity variation to Moho depth, Earths heat flow, distribution of Cenozoic volcanic rock and the result of rock experiment under high pressure and high temperature. The result of quantitative analysis indicates that Pn velocity is positively correlated with the crust thickness and negatively correlated with the Earths heat flow. Two linear regression equations, one between Pn velocity and crust thickness, and the other between Pn velocity and heat flow, were obtained. The rate of variation of Pn veloc-ity vP with pressure P, Pv/p, estimated from the velocity variation with crust thickness Hv/p, is close to the result obtained from the rock experiment under high pressure and high temperature. If the effect of crust thick-ness on Pn velocity is deducted from the velocity variation, then the low Pn velocity beneath Qinghai-Xizang pla-teau is more notable. The low Pn velocity regions well agree with the Cenozoic volcanic rock. In the several re-gions with significant anisotropy, the direction of fast Pn velocity is consistent with the orientation of maximum principal crustal compressive stress, and also with the direction of present-day crustal movement. It indicates that the fast Pn velocity direction may be related to the deformation or flow of top mantle material along the direction of maximum pressure. 展开更多

目的分析胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤(SPT)的临床病理特征,总结其发病特点和诊治经验。方法回顾性分析了我院1996年8月-2005年3月收治的8例SPT患者的临床资料。结果8例患者均为女性,平均年龄25.3岁(13—41岁)。首发症状为腹部肿块或腹... 目的分析胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤(SPT)的临床病理特征,总结其发病特点和诊治经验。方法回顾性分析了我院1996年8月-2005年3月收治的8例SPT患者的临床资料。结果8例患者均为女性,平均年龄25.3岁(13—41岁)。首发症状为腹部肿块或腹部隐痛者各3例,十二指肠梗阻1例,1例为体检时偶然发现。肿瘤位于胰头部6例,位于胰体尾部2例。胰十二指肠切除术4例,胰体尾切除术1例,肿瘤局部剜除术2例,未能切除肿瘤而行姑息性内引流术1例。平均随访时间37.8个月(8~103个月),现所有患者均正常生存。结论SPT多发于青年女性,积极的手术治疗预后较为满意。 展开更多

目的探讨硫化氢供体对高肺血流性肺动脉高压大鼠肺血管结构重建及血管活性多肽的影响。方法将32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为分流组、分流+硫氢化钠(NaHS)组、假手术组和假手术+NaHS组,每组8只。对分流组和分流+NaHS组大鼠行腹主动脉-下腔静脉... 目的探讨硫化氢供体对高肺血流性肺动脉高压大鼠肺血管结构重建及血管活性多肽的影响。方法将32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为分流组、分流+硫氢化钠(NaHS)组、假手术组和假手术+NaHS组,每组8只。对分流组和分流+NaHS组大鼠行腹主动脉-下腔静脉穿刺建立高肺血流动物模型;假手术组及假手术+NaHS组大鼠仅开腹后暴露腹主动脉和下腔静脉,不作动静脉之间的穿刺。手术完毕,分流+NaHS组和假手术+NaHS组大鼠腹腔内注射NaHS〔56μmol/(kg·d)〕,分流组及假手术组每天腹腔内注射等量生理盐水。分流11周后,测定肺动脉收缩压(SPAP)、计算右心室/左心室+室间隔重量之比〔RV/(LV+SP)〕;光镜下计算肺小血管中肌型动脉(MA)百分比及肌型动脉的相对中膜厚度(RMT);电镜下观察其超微结构变化;采用敏感硫电极法测量大鼠血浆中硫化氢(H2S)含量;应用非平衡法放免试剂盒检测大鼠血浆中内皮素(ET-1)、心钠素(ANP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、肾上腺髓质素原N端肽(PAMP)的含量。结果分流11周后,大鼠血浆H2S水平比假手术组明显降低(P<0·01),SPAP升高48·63%(P<0·01),RV/(LV+SP)升高21·95%(P<0·01)。MA及RMT比假手术组明显升高(P<0·01),分流组大鼠肺小动脉内皮细胞肿胀、脱落,内弹力层不规则,平滑肌细胞呈合成表型。血浆ET-1、ANP、CGRP、PAMP比假手术组明显升高(均P<0·01)。H2S供体NaHS干预后,分流大鼠血浆H2S含量明显升高(P<0·01),SPAP降低19·82%(P<0·01),RV/(LV+SP)降低7·3l%(P<0·01),MA及RMT比分流组明显降低(P<0·01),肺血管超微结构明显改善,血浆ET-1、ANP、CGRP含量明显降低(均P<0·01),血浆PAMP含量明显升高(P<0·01)。结论硫化氢生成下降是高肺血流性肺动脉高压和肺血管结构重建形成的机制之一,H2S对高肺血流性肺动脉高压大鼠血管活性多肽ET-1、ANP、CGRP及PAMP具有重要的调节作用。 展开更多
