Then Mg alloy sheets with the thickness of 1 mm are achieved after five passes rolling at 300 ℃. A double peak and disperse basal texture is generated after pre- rolling at higher temperatures when the non-basal slips are more active. So, the texture intensity of pre-rolled samples is reduced. Moreover, the distribution condition of in-grain misorientation axes (a method to analyze the activation of slips) shows that the pyramidal slip is quite active during deformation. After annealing on final rolled sheets, the texture distributions are changed and the intensity of texture reduces obviously due to static recrystallization. In particular, the r-value and in-plane anisotropy of pre-rolled samples are obviously lower than those of sample without pre-rolling.展开更多

Ge- nerally, the efficiency of LEDs is limited by nonradiative recombination (whereby charge carriers recombine without releasing photons) and light trapping [1]. In planar LEDs, such as organic LEDs, around 70% to 80% of the light generated from the emitters is trapped in the device [2], leaving considerable opportunity for improvements in efficiency. Many methods, including the use of diffraction gratings, low-index grids and buckling patterns, have been used to extract the light trapped in LEDs [3]. However, these methods usually involve complicated fabrication processes and can distort the light-output spectrum and directionality [3].展开更多

Ensuring the stability of the backfill bodies is the primary prerequisite for maintaining the safety of the backfilling working face, and the loading characteristics of backfill are closely related to the deformation and subsidence of the roof. Elastic thin plate model was used to explore the non-uniform subsidence law of the roof, and then the non-uniform distribution characteristics of backfill bodies’ load were revealed. Through a self-developed non-uniform loading device combined with acoustic emission (AE) and digital image correlation (DIC) monitoring technology, the synergistic dynamic evolution law of the bearing capacity, apparent crack, and internal fracture of cemented coal gangue backfills (CCGBs) under loads with different degrees of non-uniformity was deeply explored. The results showed that: 1) The uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) of CCGB increased and then decreased with an increase in the degree of non-uniformity of load (DNL). About 40% of DNL was the inflection point of DNL-UCS curve and when DNL exceeded 40%, the strength decreased in a cliff-like manner;2) A positive correlation was observed between the AE ringing count and UCS during the loading process of the specimen, which was manifested by a higher AE ringing count of the high-strength specimen. 3) Shear cracks gradually increased and failure mode of specimens gradually changed from “X” type dominated by tension cracks to inverted “Y” type dominated by shear cracks with an increase in DNL, and the crack opening displacement at the peak stress decreased and then increased. The crack opening displacement at 40% of the DNL was the smallest. This was consistent with the judgment of crack size based on the AE b-value, i. e., it showed the typical characteristics of “small b-value-large crack and large b-value-small crack”. The research results are of significance for preventing the instability and failure of backfill.展开更多

文摘Perovskite materials have attracted much attention in recent years because of their excellent photovoltaic properties for solar cell, including high optical absorption, small exciton binding energy, low trap densities, and long-range ambipolar carrier diffusion lengths[1-2].However,perovskite materials are easily degraded under the conditions of light, electric field, heating, water and oxygen, which seriously hinder the further commercialization of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)[3-4].Recently,two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper phase(2DRP)perovskites are known to exhibit improved photostability and environmental stability compared with their three-dimensional(3D)counterparts[5-7].Ho-wever,fundamental questions remain over the interaction between the bulky alkylammoniums and the 2DRP perovskite framework[8].

文摘A series of shape-persistent polyphenylene dendritic C_(60)derivatives as the electron transport materials were designed and synthesized via a catalyst-free Diels-Alder[4+2]cycloaddition reaction. These increasing hyperbranched scaffolds could effectively enhance the solubility;notably, both first and second generation dendrimers,C_(60)-G1 and C_(60)-G2,demonstrated more than 5 times higher solubilities than pristine C_(60).Furthermore,both simulated and experimental data proved their promising solution-processabilities as electron-transporting layers(ETLs)for perovskite solar cells. As a result, the planar p-i-n structural perovskite solar cell could achieve a maximum power conversion efficiency of 14.7%with C_(60)-G2.
文摘Carbon with its high electrical conductivity, excellent chemical stability, and structure ability is the most promising an-ode material for sodium and potassium ion batteries. We developed a defect-rich porous carbon framework(DRPCF)built with N/O-co-doped mesoporous nanosheets and containing many defects using porous g-C_(3)N_(4)(PCN)and dopamine(DA)as raw materials. We prepared samples with PCN/DA mass ratios of 1/1,2/1 and 3/1 and found that the one with a mass ratio of 2/1 and a carbonization temperature of 700℃ in an Ar atmosphere(DRPCF-2/1-700),had a large specific surface area with an enormous pore volume and a large number of N/O heteroatom active defect sites.Because of this,it had the best pseudocapacitive sodium and potassium ion stor-age performance.A half battery of Na//DRPCF-2/1-700 maintained a capacity of 328.2 mAh g^(-1) after being cycled at 1 A g^(-1) for 900 cycles, and a half battery of K//DRPC-2/1-700 maintained a capacity of 321.5 mAh g^(-1) after being cycled at 1 A g^(-1) for 1200 cycles. The rate capability and cycling stability achieved by DRPCF-2/1-700 outperforms most reported carbon materials.Finally,ex-situ Raman spectroscopy analysis result confirms that the filling and removing of K^(+)and Na^(+)from the electrochemically active defects are responsible for the high capacity, superior rate and cycling performance of the DRPCF-2/1-700 sample.
文摘Submicron scale temperature sensors are crucial for a range of applications, particularly in micro and na-noscale environments. One promising solution involves the use of active whispering gallery mode(WGM)microresonators. These resonators can be remotely excited and read out using free-space structures, simplifying the process of sensing. In this study,we present a submicron-scale temperature sensor with a remarkable sensitivity up to 185 pm/℃based on a trian-gular MAPbI3 nanoplatelet(NPL)laser.Notably,as temperature changes, the peak wavelength of the laser line shifts lin-early.This unique characteristic allows for precise temperature sensing by tracking the peak wavelength of the NPL laser. The optical modes are confined within the perovskite NPL,which measures just 85 nm in height, due to total internal reflec-tion.Our NPL laser boasts several key features, including a high Q of~2610 and a low laser threshold of about 19.8μJ·cm^(−2).The combination of exceptional sensitivity and ultra-small size makes our WGM device an ideal candidate for integration into systems that demand compact temperature sensors. This advancement paves the way for significant prog-ress in the development of ultrasmall temperature sensors, opening new possibilities across various fields.
文摘Research on two-dimensional(2D) materials has been explosively increasing in last seventeen years in varying subjects including condensed matter physics, electronic engineering, materials science, and chemistry since the mechanical exfoliation of graphene in 2004. Starting from graphene, 2D materials now have become a big family with numerous members and diverse categories. The unique structural features and physicochemical properties of 2D materials make them one class of the most appealing candidates for a wide range of potential applications. In particular, we have seen some major breakthroughs made in the field of 2D materials in last five years not only in developing novel synthetic methods and exploring new structures/properties but also in identifying innovative applications and pushing forward commercialisation. In this review, we provide a critical summary on the recent progress made in the field of 2D materials with a particular focus on last five years. After a brief backgroundintroduction, we first discuss the major synthetic methods for 2D materials, including the mechanical exfoliation, liquid exfoliation, vapor phase deposition, and wet-chemical synthesis as well as phase engineering of 2D materials belonging to the field of phase engineering of nanomaterials(PEN). We then introduce the superconducting/optical/magnetic properties and chirality of 2D materials along with newly emerging magic angle 2D superlattices. Following that, the promising applications of 2D materials in electronics, optoelectronics, catalysis, energy storage, solar cells, biomedicine, sensors, environments, etc. are described sequentially. Thereafter, we present the theoretic calculations and simulations of 2D materials. Finally, after concluding the current progress, we provide some personal discussions on the existing challenges and future outlooks in this rapidly developing field.
