For these questions, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the outlay of equipment maintenance, and describes the computational principle of the BP (back propagation) artificial neural network and its applications in the maintenance of naval ship and craft. Finally, a dynamic investment prediction model of outlay for the military equipment maintenance is designed. A compact high-voltage repetitive nanosecond pulse generator(HRNPG)was developed for studying the technology of repetitive nanosecond pulse technology and its related application.The HRNPG mainly consists of a repetit...A compact high-voltage repetitive nanosecond pulse generator(HRNPG)was developed for studying the technology of repetitive nanosecond pulse technology and its related application.The HRNPG mainly consists of a repetitive charging module,a Tesla transformer and a sharpening switch.With its voltage lower than 1 kV,the primary repetitive charging circuit comprises two fast thyristors as its low-voltage switches.The spiral Tesla transformer acts as the main step-up component,and its peak transformation ratio is designed to be more than 100.A self-breakdown spark switch,i.e.the sharpening switch,is used to sharpen the output of the transformer and to generate nanosecond pulses.The HRNPG prototype is capable of generating pulses of 100 kV in peak with rise time 30 ns and the maximum repetition rate of 500 Hz on a 6 k load.Experimental results show,without any magnetic core,the developed Tesla transformer prototype can easily output high voltage while keeping itself small in size and light in weight,which is of significance for the compactness and portability of the pulse generator.The N2-insulated spark switch operated well at voltage close to 100 kV and the repetition rate within several hundreds of hertz.展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to use these models to formulate the optimization problems of resource allocation: Minimization of the total number of software errors remaining in the system. The mass matrix of the beam dement was obtained in light of the mass distribution characteristics of composite materials. The stiffness matrix of the beam element was derived from the constitutive equations of each layer and the relationship between the strain distribution and the node displacement of the beam element. The specific damping capacity of the beam element was analyzed according to the strain distribution of the beam element and the strain energy dissipation caused by vibration in each direction of each layer; and the damping coefficients were obtained according to the principle that the total energy dissipation of the beam element was equal to the work done by the equivalent damping force during a cycle of vibration, from which the damping matrix of the dynamic equations was obtained. Using the finite element method, the dynamic analytic model of the mechanism was obtained. The dynamic responses and natural frequency of the mechanism were obtained by simulation, respectively, and those of the simulation obtained by the proposed model were analyzed and compared with the results obtained by the conventional model. The work provides theoretical basis to a certain extent for the further research on nonlinear vibration characteristics and optimum design of this kind of mechanism.展开更多
As the transmission line corridors become more and more rare in China,it is now inevitable for people to construct HVAC-HVDC hybrid transmission lines.The research on the electric field around the transmission lines p...As the transmission line corridors become more and more rare in China,it is now inevitable for people to construct HVAC-HVDC hybrid transmission lines.The research on the electric field around the transmission lines plays an important role in evaluating the electromagnetic environment nearby.However,few existing research now considered the mutual effect of HVAC-HVDC hybrid transmission lines.Thus,this research designed a program based on windows,which calculated the surface voltage gradient on the transmission lines and the electric field at ground level respectively.This research calculated the surface voltage gradient on the transmission lines by applying the improved method of successive images.For the electric field at ground level under AC transmission line,simulation charge method is used,while for the electric field at the ground level under DC transmission lines,deutsch assumption method is used.Comparing the results generated by the calculation with those in published literature,the program is reliable.Taking 500 kV transmission lines as an example,when considering the mutual effect of the HVAC-HVDC lines,the amplitude of the surface voltage gradient will increase by about 10%and the amplitude of the electric field at ground level will increase by about 8%,making the mutual effect of the AC and DC lines unneglectable. Larger part of the electric field at ground level under hybrid lines is produced by the DC line.Thus,in order to control the electric field at ground level under hybrid lines,it should pay more attention on that produced by the DC line.展开更多

First, an uncertain discrete-time switching system model is presented to describe these networked control systems. The stability equivalence is then proved between this switching system and an uncertain impulsive difference system.Moreover, a sufficient condition is obtained for the asymptotical stability of the nonlinear impulsive difference system. From this condition the robust stabilization problem is dealt with for the uncertain impulsive system. Main results are given in linear matrix inequalities. In this paper, robust stability criteria are established for uncertain linear delay impulsive systems by using Lyapunov function, Razumikhin techniques and the results obtained. In 2002,the Core Committee of the Institute for International Medical Education(IIME)developed the concept of Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education("essentials"),in which a set of minimu...In 2002,the Core Committee of the Institute for International Medical Education(IIME)developed the concept of Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education("essentials"),in which a set of minimum outcomes have been defined for the medical students to demonstrate at graduation.To attain these requirements,the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has proposed the Outstanding Clinician Cultivation Plan in the National Outline of Medium and Long-term Program for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020).Among the proposed seven outcomes in the"essentials",the core competence includes critical thinking and research,communication skills,and information management.To this end,we have taken various measures to maximally implement the Outstanding Clinician Cultivation Plan in pathophysiology teaching.In this meeting,I would like to share with our colleagues the thoughts to reform the functional experimental courses by a substantial interdisciplinary cooperation through Physiology,Pathophysiology and Pharmacology Departments.Based on the preliminary trials,we feel that the reform can ensure the resource sharing(teachers and the laboratory equipments),and also allows us to carry out the experiments gradually from basic skill training,unifactorial and multifactorial/integrative experiments,to the explorative scientific research,which is beneficial not only for the students but also for the young teachers in cultivating their creative thinking,communication skills,and information management.We also believe that getting in touch with the clinical patients in early stage during pathophysiology teaching will nurture the students with right professional values and humanitarian feelings in addition to eliciting the interests of learning.展开更多
AIM: To determine the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic parameters of a new drug recombinant human parathyroid hormone [rhPTH (1-84)] in healthy male Chinese subjects. METHODS: Thirty-six healthy male volunteer...AIM: To determine the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic parameters of a new drug recombinant human parathyroid hormone [rhPTH (1-84)] in healthy male Chinese subjects. METHODS: Thirty-six healthy male volunteers were randomly divided into 3 groups. The volunteers in these groups received single subcutaneous injection of rhPTH (1-84) in a dosage of 1, 2 and 4 μg/kg respectively. Blood samples were obtained before and after administration within 24 hours. The rhPTH concentrations in serum were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The pharmacokinetic parameters determined with use of standard noncompartmental analysis were the maximum serum concentration (Cmax), the time to attain that concentration (tmax), and the area under the serum concentration-time curve up to 24 hours(AUC0-24) and up to infinity (AUC0-∞). Dose proportionality of pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC, Cmax of every volunteer of each dosage and AUC was computed from log transformed data) and was examined by mean of analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS software package. In the study, subjects’ symptoms, objective signs, and vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and body temperature, were checked and 12-lead electrocardiography was recorded before and after drug administration within 24 hours. Routine laboratory tests, including hematology, blood biochemistry, serum electrolyte, and urinalysis, were performed before and after drug administration within at 24 hours. RESULTS: The specificity, sensitivity, linear range, precision and accuracy of the method were all satisfied for the determination of rhPTH in serum. The serum concentration-time curve of most volunteers clearly exhibited a double-peak profile, with the first peak appearing approximately 10 to 30 minutes and the second peak appearing approximately 1.5 to 2 hours after subcutaneous injection of the hormone. The concentrations of all subjects 24 hours after dosing in the three groups almost returned to physiologic placebo levels. The main pharmacokinetic parameters: the mean AUC0-24 values were 2359, 4009 and 9232 pg·mL-1·h for the three dosage groups, respectively, and AUC0-∞ values were 2371, 4018 and 9299 pg·mL-1·h, respectively, the mean Cmax values were 543, 981 and 1845 pg/mL, respectively, and the mean t1/2β were 1.85, 1.79 and 2.57 h, respectively. All parameters had no significant difference. Cmax and AUC of the three groups had the linear characteristic with the correlation coefficient(r) 0.9991 and 0.9945, respectively. No severe adverse events were noted during this study. CONCLUSION: rhPTH (1-84) in Chinese male subjects presents a linear pharmacokinetic characteristic. It has a favorable pharmacokinetics and safety profile that enables the drug to be explored in future clinical studies that target patients with osteoporosis. It could be recommend that the dose for PhaseⅡ clinical trial should be 100 μg per day as a singular agent.展开更多
