Conventional plasticizers deteriorate mechanical and viscoelastic properties of the propellants due to their migration upon aging and long-term storage,which affects reliability and safety properties during exploitation.To address this issue,conventional plasticizer,dioctyl adipate(DOA),is replaced by reactive one,castor oil(CO).In addition,three different types of HTPB were used to obtain propellants with designed viscoelastic and mechanical properties.The CO increased propellants viscosity,without a significant impact on the propellant processability,regardless to the type of prepolymer.Conversely,mechanical properties were different depending on the type of resin,which were further analyzed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Addition of CO formed a denser polymer network and shifted T_(g) to higher values,compared to the compositions with DOA.The tensile strength of CO-containing propellants was lower at +20℃ and +50℃ compared to the reference compositions,while the strain at maximum load and strain at break were significantly increased with pronounced plastic deformation,especially for samples at -30℃.The inclusion of CO in the propellants composition gives more room for adjusting a wide range of mechanical properties. 展开更多

In this study,the microstructure and mechanical properties of a multi-layered 316L-TiC composite material produced by selective laser melting(SLM)additive manufacturing process are investigated.Three different layers,consisting of 316L stainless steel,316L-5 wt%TiC and 316L-10 wt%TiC,were additively manufactured.The microstructure of these layers was characterized by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).X-ray diffraction(XRD)was used for phase analysis,and the mechanical properties were evaluated by tensile and nanoindentation tests.The microstructural observations show epitaxial grain growth within the composite layers,with the elongated grains growing predominantly in the build direction.XRD analysis confirms the successful incorporation of the TiC particles into the 316L matrix,with no unwanted phases present.Nanoindentation results indicate a significant increase in the hardness and modulus of elasticity of the composite layers compared to pure 316L stainless steel,suggesting improved mechanical properties.Tensile tests show remarkable strength values for the 316L-TiC composite samples,which can be attributed to the embedded TiC particles.These results highlight the potential of SLM in the production of multi-layer metal-ceramic composites for applications that require high strength and ductility of metallic components in addition to the exceptional hardness of the ceramic particles. 展开更多

Functionally graded composite/hybrid materials(FGCM/FGHCM)were produced by adding B_(4)C,TiO_(2),and B_(4)C+TiO_(2)ceramic materials at various ratios(0-50%)into the AA6082 matrix.The analysis of the damage caused by^(60) ions'(1.173-1.1332 MeV)on the material was examined using the SRIM/TRIM Monte Carlo simulation software.In the simulation,the following data regarding the atoms of the target materials were obtained:ion distribution,target ionization,total displacements,surface binding energy,lattice binding energy,and displacement energy.Among the studied four materials,the one with the highest ion range value was found to be AA6082 with 8550A.TiO_(2)was found to be the reinforcement material that reduced the ion range the most in the material.Due to its high binding energy,B_(4)C reinforced AA6082+(0-50%)B_(4)C FGCM was found to have the least vacancy with 4782/ion. 展开更多

This study presents analysis, control and comparison of three hybrid approaches for the direct torque control (DTC) of the dual star induction motor (DSIM) drive. Its objective consists of combining three different heuristic optimization techniques including PID-PSO, Fuzzy-PSO and GA-PSO to improve the DSIM speed controlled loop behavior. The GA and PSO algorithms are developed and implemented into MATLAB. As a result, fuzzy-PSO is the most appropriate scheme. The main performance of fuzzy-PSO is reducing high torque ripples, improving rise time and avoiding disturbances that affect the drive performance. 展开更多

The direct torque control of the dual star induction motor(DTC-DSIM) using conventional PI controllers is characterized by unsatisfactory performance, such as high ripples of torque and flux, and sensitivity to parametric variations. Among the most evoked control strategies adopted in this field to overcome these drawbacks presented in classical drive, it is worth mentioning the use of the second order sliding mode control(SOSMC) based on the super twisting algorithm(STA) combined with the fuzzy logic control(FSOSMC). In order to realize the optimal control performance, the FSOSMC parameters are adjusted using an optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm(GA). The performances of the envisaged control scheme, called G-FSOSMC, are investigated against G-SOSMC, G-PI and BBO-FSOSMC algorithms. The proposed controller scheme is efficient in reducing the torque and flux ripples, and successfully suppresses chattering. The effects of parametric uncertainties do not affect system performance. 展开更多

As the web-server based business is rapidly developed and popularized, how to evaluate and improve the reliability of web-servers has been extremely important. Although a large num- ber of software reliability growth models (SRGMs), including those combined with multiple change-points (CPs), have been available, these conventional SRGMs cannot be directly applied to web soft- ware reliability analysis because of the complex web operational profile. To characterize the web operational profile precisely, it should be realized that the workload of a web server is normally non-homogeneous and often observed with the pattern of random impulsive shocks. A web software reliability model with random im- pulsive shocks and its statistical analysis method are developed. In the proposed model, the web server workload is characterized by a geometric Brownian motion process. Based on a real data set from IIS server logs of ICRMS website (www.icrms.cn), the proposed model is demonstrated to be powerful for estimating impulsive shocks and web software reliability. 展开更多

The Fe-based coatings in powder form were deposited on a steel type E335 by flame spraying technique.The effects of the post heat treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of sprayed coatings were studied.Post heat treatment was conducted in a furnace in air at 623 K,823 K and 1023 K for 1 h and then cooled in air.The results showed that with the increase of annealing temperature,the microstructure of coating treated at 823 K and 1023 K had several changes as follows:the reduction of porosity,formation of carbides and oxides.It was found that the solid solution FCC(Fe,Ni),intermetallic compound AlFe3 and carbides[Fe,C]were the main phases for coatings as-sprayed and treated at 623 K and while iron carbide,molybdenum carbide and oxide as Fe3O4 became the main phases and reinforced the solid solution FCC(Fe,Ni)phase for annealed coatings at 823 K.However,it was observed the disappearance of molybdenum carbide and oxide Fe3O4 at 1023 K.The coating annealed at 823 K exhibited an excellent wear resistance than the as-sprayed and annealed coatings at 623 K and 1023 K and shows the lower wear rate than another coating treated or as sprayed. 展开更多

In order to examine the possibility to improve its camouflage properties standard cotton fabric with camouflage print was impregnated with poly(vinyl butyral),PVB and fullerene-like nanoparticles of tungsten disulfide,PVB/IF-WS_(2).FTIR analysis excluded any possible chemical interaction of IF-WS_(2) with PVB and the fabric.The camouflage behavior of the impregnated fabric has been examined firstly in the VIS part of the spectrum.Diffuse reflection,specular gloss and color coordinates were measured for three different shades(black,brown and dark green).Thermal imaging was applied to examine the camouflage abilities of this impregnation in IR part of the spectrum.The obtained results show that PVB/IF-WS_(2) impregnation system induced enhacement of the materials camouflage properties,i.e.that IF-WS_(2) have a positive effect on spectrophotometric characteristics of the fabric. 展开更多

将十二烷基硫酸酯钠(阴离子型表面活性剂)、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(阳离子型表面活性剂)和平平加O(非离子型表面活性剂)分别以不同用量添加到浸酸液中,观察浸酸工序完成所需要的时间,测定浸酸废液蛋白质含量和悬浮物含量,并对浸酸皮组织... 将十二烷基硫酸酯钠(阴离子型表面活性剂)、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(阳离子型表面活性剂)和平平加O(非离子型表面活性剂)分别以不同用量添加到浸酸液中,观察浸酸工序完成所需要的时间,测定浸酸废液蛋白质含量和悬浮物含量,并对浸酸皮组织切片进行显微镜观察。将浸酸皮进行铬鞣,对铬鞣革进行感官评价,并测定铬鞣革收缩温度和抗张强度。研究结果表明:在浸酸液中添加阴离子型、阳离子型和非离子型表面活性剂,均能加快浸酸速度;当浸酸液中表面活性剂浓度略大于其临界胶束浓度时,表面活性剂就能明显加速浸酸过程;三类表面活性剂使浸酸皮胶原纤维分散的程度依次为:阴离子型表面活性剂>非离子型表面活性剂>阳离子型表面活性剂;将表面活性剂应用于浸酸工序后,所得蓝革柔软度、粒面平细度以及粒纹清晰程度均优于空白样,并且表面活性剂处理样抗张强度均高于空白样。 展开更多

角蛋白废弃物主要来源于家禽肉联加工厂生产时没有正确处理掉的大量废物。而且,在革和毛织品的生产过程中也存在大量的未加利用的角蛋白废弃物。角蛋白因其含有较高的有利用价值的蛋白,可以增加食物中的营养。另一种价值较高的角蛋白是... 角蛋白废弃物主要来源于家禽肉联加工厂生产时没有正确处理掉的大量废物。而且,在革和毛织品的生产过程中也存在大量的未加利用的角蛋白废弃物。角蛋白因其含有较高的有利用价值的蛋白,可以增加食物中的营养。另一种价值较高的角蛋白是角蛋白水解物,可以将其加工成可生物降解的覆盖物或者包装袋,作为农业薄膜、化妆用品的包装。然而由于角蛋白含有大量的双硫键而很难溶于普通的溶剂中,并且抗蛋白酶作用。要想角蛋白溶解就必须破坏双硫键。已有的研究报道指出用2步法处理角蛋白材料,从小鸡羽毛和绒毛中萃取的角蛋白可以转化成可溶解的角蛋白水解物。第一步,原角蛋白保温培养在巯基乙醇溶液中,第二步在同第一步一样的溶液(同样的温度,pH和时间)中加入酶。正交试验为2因素,3水平,重复2次。定量测定不可溶解的角蛋白百分数。根据统计学分析结果。 展开更多

制革属于典型的工业分支,制革工业中会产生大量的污染环境的废液和废固。该论文利用铬鞣革废物的酶法水解用铬污泥除去鞣制废液中的铬。除去铬的原理是鞣后的铬污泥从废液中吸收铬。该循环技术回收率可达99%,操作简单、成本低廉。

Illegal production of alcoholic beverages is a common problem in most countries.The consumption of these counterfeit alcoholic products in Turkey has increasingly been one of the major health concerns.In this study,a comparison between GC-MS and Raman spectroscopy techniques was made to determine the amount of methanol in BogmaRaki which is a counterfeit alcoholic beverage produced and consumed in Hatay region.Different ratios of methanol/ethanol concentrations were prepared to obtain a calibration curve.This curve was used to measure the amount of methanol in the actual product samples using both GC-MS and Raman spectroscopy techniques.Results obtained from both techniques were compared using Paired sample t-tests.The Limit of Detection and the Limit of Quantification values were determined as 0.03(%v/v) and 0.11(%v/v),respectively.Both techniques demonstrated a similar sensitivity in the determination of methanol concentration in these counterfeit products(p>0.05).Raman Spectroscopy,however,has an advantage of being easy to use,inexpensive,rapid and non-destructive analytical technique with little or no sample preparation. 展开更多

研究了中波紫外线(UV-B)辐射对酸橙果实采后贮藏过程中叶绿素降解酶活性和果实品质的作用效果。将绿熟的酸橙果实用19.0 kJ.m-2剂量的UV-B照射后,在25℃下避光贮藏,以未照射紫外线的果实为对照。结果表明,UV-B处理有效延缓了果实色度和... 研究了中波紫外线(UV-B)辐射对酸橙果实采后贮藏过程中叶绿素降解酶活性和果实品质的作用效果。将绿熟的酸橙果实用19.0 kJ.m-2剂量的UV-B照射后,在25℃下避光贮藏,以未照射紫外线的果实为对照。结果表明,UV-B处理有效延缓了果实色度和叶绿素a含量的下降;果实叶绿素降解酶、叶绿素酶、叶绿素降解过氧化物酶和脱镁叶绿素水解酶活性受到抑制,并且脱镁螯合作用也被延缓。UV-B处理促使酸橙果实在贮藏过程中柠檬酸含量逐渐增加,同时抑制了糖含量的增加。此外,在贮藏过程中,处理和对照酸橙果实的抗坏血酸含量均有所下降,但对照果实的下降速度要高于处理果实。以上结果说明UV-B处理可以通过控制叶绿素降解酶的反应来有效抑制酸橙果实贮藏过程中叶绿素的降解,并改善绿熟酸橙的品质。 展开更多
