Nowadays, rapid technological progress influences the dependability of equipments and also causes rapid obsolescence. The mechatronic and electronic equipment components are mostly affected by obsolescence. A new challenger unit possesses identical functionalities, but with higher performances. This work aims to find the optimal number of components which should be replaced by new-type units, under budgetary constraints. In this work, the new challenger unit is characterized by lower energy consumption and the optimization steps are based on genetic algorithm (GA). The result shows the importance of this type of replacement in order to economize energy consumption and to deal with obsolescence. 展开更多

开展了光内同轴送粉的激光熔化沉积技术研究,建立光-粉-基板三者间相互作用的热源模型,并使用此模型对不同工艺条件下激光熔化沉积Inconel718合金单道进行数值模拟。模拟采用生死单元技术,通过改变单元材料属性及重启求解器来实现金属... 开展了光内同轴送粉的激光熔化沉积技术研究,建立光-粉-基板三者间相互作用的热源模型,并使用此模型对不同工艺条件下激光熔化沉积Inconel718合金单道进行数值模拟。模拟采用生死单元技术,通过改变单元材料属性及重启求解器来实现金属粉末到实体的转变。模拟结果表明:当扫描速度不变时,随着激光功率从500 W到1000 W,熔池逐渐变大,熔池最高温度从2494 K升高到3456 K,沉积单道的宽度和高度变大。当激光功率不变时,随着扫描速度从5 mm/s增加到15 mm/s,熔池最高温度从2494 K下降到2047 K,沉积单道的宽度和高度变小。模拟结果与实验结果基本相同,该模型具有较好的可靠性和重要的应用价值。 展开更多
