According to the proposed scheduling method, the performance between adjacent characteristic points is preserved by the invariant eigenvalues and the gradually varying eigenvectors. A sufficient stability criterion is given by constructing a series of Lyapunov functions based on the selected discrete characteristic points. An important contribution is that it provides a simple and feasible approach for the design of gain-scheduled controllers for linear time-varying systems, which can guarantee both the global stability and the desired closed-loop performance of the resulted system. The method is applied to the design of a BTT missile autopilot and the simulation results show that the method is superior to the traditional one in sense of either global stability or system performance.展开更多
In recent years,an innovative underactuated robot was developed,named as underactuated cable-driven trusslike manipulator(UCTM),to be suitable in aerospace applications.However,there has been strong consensus that the...In recent years,an innovative underactuated robot was developed,named as underactuated cable-driven trusslike manipulator(UCTM),to be suitable in aerospace applications.However,there has been strong consensus that the stabilization of planar underactuated manipulators without gravity is a great challenge since the system includes a second order nonholonomic constraint and most classical control methods are not suitable for this kind of system.Furthermore,the complexity of the truss-like structure results in tremendous difficulty of computational complicacy and high nonlinearity during dynamic modelling in addition to controller design.It is paramount to solve these difficulties for UCTM's future applications.To solve the above difficulties,this paper presents a dynamic modelling method for UCTM and a trajectory tracking control method based on partial feedback linearization(PFL)that fulfills the control goal of moving UCTM from its original position to a desired position by tracking a given trajectory of the joint angles.To achieve this,a model equivalent method is proposed to make UCTM equivalent with a three-link manipulator in the sense of dynamic behavior.Then the Lagrangian equation combined with complex vector method is proposed in the dynamic modelling process of UCTM,which simplifies the derivation procedure.Based on the established dynamic model,a coordinate transformation method is proposed to transform the control force matrix into the conventional form of an underactuated system,so that the control force can be separated from the unactuated term.The PFL method in combination with the LQR control method is then proposed to realize the targets that the joint angles can track given desired trajectory.Simulation experiments are conducted to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed methods.展开更多

In order to overcome the singularity of the traditional fast terminal sliding manifold, a novel fast terminal sliding manifold is given. And then, based on the adaptive control method, a continuous robust coordinated controller is designed to compensate external disturbances and to alleviate the chattering phenomenon. The theoretical analysis shows that the coordinated controller can guarantee the finite-time stability of the overall closed-loop system through local information exchange, and numerical simulations also demonstrate its effectiveness.展开更多

To solve the problem of information fusion in the strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS)/celestial navigation system(CNS)/global positioning system(GPS) integrated navigation system described by the nonlinear/non-...To solve the problem of information fusion in the strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS)/celestial navigation system(CNS)/global positioning system(GPS) integrated navigation system described by the nonlinear/non-Gaussian error models,a new algorithm called the federated unscented particle filtering(FUPF) algorithm was introduced.In this algorithm,the unscented particle filter(UPF) served as the local filter,the federated filter was used to fuse outputs of all local filters,and the global filter result was obtained.Because the algorithm was not confined to the assumption of Gaussian noise,it was of great significance to integrated navigation systems described by the non-Gaussian noise.The proposed algorithm was tested in a vehicle's maneuvering trajectory,which included six flight phases:climbing,level flight,left turning,level flight,right turning and level flight.Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the improved performance of the FUPF over conventional federated unscented Kalman filter(FUKF).For instance,the mean of position-error decreases from(0.640×10-6 rad,0.667×10-6 rad,4.25 m) of FUKF to(0.403×10-6 rad,0.251×10-6 rad,1.36 m) of FUPF.In comparison of the FUKF,the FUPF performs more accurate in the SINS/CNS/GPS system described by the nonlinear/non-Gaussian error models.展开更多

The simulation indicates that geomagnetic navigation using UPF could complete the position estimation with large initial horizontal position errors. However, this navigation system could only provide the position information. To provide all the kinematics states estimation of aircraft, a novel autonomous navigation algorithm, named unscented particle and Kalman hybrid navigation algorithm (UPKHNA), was proposed for geomagnetic navigation, The UPKHNA used the output of UPF and barometric altimeter as position measurement, and employed the Kahnan filter to estimate the kinematics states of aircraft. Afterwards, such a solution is applied to the cases of the quadratic equality constraint and inequality constraints and the two constrained state filtering problems are transformed into two relative constrained optimization problems. Then they are solved by the Lagrangian multiplier and linear matrix inequality techniques, respectively. The objective is to design linear memoryless filters such that for all uncertainties, the resulting augmented system is robust stochastically stable independent of delays and satisfies the proposed guaranteed cost performance. Based on stability theory in stochastic differential equations, a sufficient condition on the existence of robust guaranteed cost filters is derived. Robust guaranteed cost filters are designed in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The algorithm employs a nonl...A new nonlinear algorithm is proposed for strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS)/celestial navigation system (CNS)/global positioning system (GPS) integrated navigation systems. The algorithm employs a nonlinear system error model which can be modified by unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to give predictions of local filters. And these predictions can be fused by the federated Kalman filter. In the system error model, the rotation vector is introduced to denote vehicle's attitude and has less variables than the quaternion. Also, the UKF method is simplified to estimate the system error model, which can both lead to less calculation and reduce algorithm implement time. In the information fusion section, a modified federated Kalman filter is proposed to solve the singular covariance problem. Specifically, the new algorithm is applied to maneuvering vehicles, and simulation results show that this algorithm is more accurate than the linear integrated navigation algorithm.展开更多

文摘A simple method for disturbance decoupling for matrix second-order linear systems is proposed directly in matrix second-order framework via Luenberger function observers based on complete parametric eigenstructure assignment. By introducing the H2 norm of the transfer function from disturbance to estimation error, sufficient and necessary conditions for disturbance decoupling in matrix second-order linear systems are established and are arranged into constraints on the design parameters via Luenberger function observers in terms of the closed-loop eigenvalues and the group of design parameters provided by the eigenstructure assignment approach. Therefore, the disturbance decoupling problem is converted into an eigenstructure assignment problem with extra parameter constraints. A simple example is investigated to show the effect and simplicity of the approach.

文摘The stabilization problem of linear time-varying systems with both state and input constraints is considered. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the solution to this problem are derived and a gain-switched(gain-scheduled) state feedback control scheme is built to stabilize the constrained timevarying system. The design problem is transformed to a series of convex feasibility problems which can be solved efficiently. A design example is given to illustrate the effect of the proposed algorithm.
文摘The robust guaranteed cost filtering problem for a dass of linear uncertain stochastic systems with time delays is investigated. The system under study involves time delays, jumping parameters and Brownian motions. The transition of the jumping parameters in systems is governed by a finite-state Markov process. The objective is to design linear memoryless filters such that for all uncertainties, the resulting augmented system is robust stochastically stable independent of delays and satisfies the proposed guaranteed cost performance. Based on stability theory in stochastic differential equations, a sufficient condition on the existence of robust guaranteed cost filters is derived. Robust guaranteed cost filters are designed in terms of linear matrix inequalities. A convex optimization problem with LMI constraints is formulated to design the suboptimal guaranteed cost filters.

文摘A robust task space tracking scheme is proposed for the free-flying space manipulator system. The dynamic equations of the system are derived via the law of momentum conservation, and then a linear state space representation is formulated by local linearization. A parametric approach is applied by using the eigenstructure assignment theory and the model reference method. A feedback stabilizing controller and a feedforward compensation controller are built based on the approach. Then an optimization procedure is followed after that to obtain the desired requirement and characteristics. Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘The design of robust H∞ filtering problem of polytopic uncertain linear time-delay systems is addressed. The uncertain parameters are supposed to reside in a polytope. A parameter-dependent Lyapunov function approach is proposed for the design of filters that ensure a prescribed H∞performance level for al ad-missible uncertain parameters, which is different from the quadratic framework that entails fixed matrices for the entire uncertainty do-main. This idea is realized by careful y selecting the structure of the matrices involved in the products with system matrices. An extended H∞ sufficient condition for the existence of robust esti-mators is formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be solved via efficient interior-point algorithms.

文摘A new nonlinear algorithm is proposed for strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS)/celestial navigation system (CNS)/global positioning system (GPS) integrated navigation systems. The algorithm employs a nonlinear system error model which can be modified by unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to give predictions of local filters. And these predictions can be fused by the federated Kalman filter. In the system error model, the rotation vector is introduced to denote vehicle's attitude and has less variables than the quaternion. Also, the UKF method is simplified to estimate the system error model, which can both lead to less calculation and reduce algorithm implement time. In the information fusion section, a modified federated Kalman filter is proposed to solve the singular covariance problem. Specifically, the new algorithm is applied to maneuvering vehicles, and simulation results show that this algorithm is more accurate than the linear integrated navigation algorithm.

文摘Based on an innovation analysis method in the Krein space, a sufficient and necessary condition is given for the existence of the solution of H∞ control problem for a linear continuoustime system with multiple delays. By introducing a re-organized innovation sequence, the H∞ control problem with delayed measurements is converted into a linear quadratic (LQ) problem and a delayfree H2 estimation problem in the Krein space. The controller is given in terms of two forward Riccati equations and a backward Riccati equation.
